Guardian Angels acted in a professional manner to all events they were faced with. They went above and beyond the package that was originally agreed. The team were very easy to communicate with and put measures in place swiftly.

I have just started to use Guardian Angel Carers for support and help with my mum, the team are amazing, so attentive, supportive and have a lovely professional relationship with my mum. The three ladies we have daily to help and support my mum make her laugh, jolly her along when she is having a slightly off day and always bring a smile to her face. The team in the office made the whole process of completing the paperwork to introducing themselves to my mum and talking through all the support packages so easy, nothing was too much trouble.

We couldn't have asked for a better care company to look after our grandparents. From the first assessment, they made my grandparents feel at ease about having carers coming into their home. Guardian Angel Carers first stepped in when my mum needed a bit of extra help with personal care, housework and mobility and then stepped up to four calls a day after a hospital admission. The carers are all kind and friendly, always striving to get the right balance between helping and supporting independence. Communication and feedback with me were always timely and the manager was supportive in problem-solving and making suggestions to improve things for Mum. The whole team was flexible and responsive to the changing situation. I highly recommend the service and thank all the team for their kindness and care.

We needed a new care company urgently and Guardian Angel Carers Reading stepped in very quickly. We have found them very good. Help and assistance is first class, absolutely takes the strain off of the family shoulders. Two staff members in particular are both very conscientious, very smart and safety aware, cannot fault them, team excellent!
