Immediate response after sending a request and assistance. Call back was professional, thorough and thoughtful. Service started immediately, very flexible to my own personal needs and availability. Great value for the service provided. I look forward every week to the visits.

We are so pleased with the care given to our mum, not only the support they give physically but also the emotional care Mum needs. Their visits never feel rushed and if needed they stay on to make sure their client is settled. Their daily reports really keep us in the loop and raise any concerns. We are really pleased with how they care.

My husband found the carers to be friendly, respectful and efficient. He is happy for their support to continue and prefers to stay at home rather than go into a home for respite. The manager of the service responds quickly to any query.

All of the carers are excellent. I don't know how you managed to find such caring people. All of them provide excellent quality of care. I find the manager very easy to get hold of via the office phone and I find that level of communication very comforting.

I found the notes on the app not to be helpful, especially regarding the food. The Guardian Angel would write what had been given to eat but we had no idea whether it was being eaten or not only to find most days it was just being put in the bin. If the notes could say I did not see her eat it would have been useful. This is just an observation.
