Guardian Angels have been caring for our Mum for just over a year now. We are extremely happy with the service. The carer's are prompt, patient and above all kind. Mum enjoys their company and has voiced how she values their assistance. Despite initial reluctance to accept she needed help, she is now very content with the situation mainly due to friendliness and compassion received.

Liz Ellis is the Registered Manager for two branches of Guardian Angel Carers, bringing over a decade of experience in the care industry. She began her career in 2013, building on a strong foundation in customer service gained through previous roles in retail. Her natural empathy, organisational skills, and commitment to high standards have supported her progression through the sector.
Over the years, Liz has worked in a variety of roles, including Carer, Care Supervisor, Care Co-ordinator, and in Complex Care settings. She holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care and is trained in safeguarding, medication management, dementia care, moving & handling, and end-of-life care.
As Registered Manager, Liz leads with a focus on quality, compassion, and professionalism. She is passionate about supporting individuals to live independently with dignity and respect, and she works closely with families, staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure care is always personalised and effective.
