Guardian Angel Carers York

Having witnessed the accident in which my partner was injured and being involved in caring for him ongoing, I was litterly overwhelmed by the extra demands on my resources. My own injuries are of invisible nature so I needed particular kind of assistance to cope. Guardian Angels understand that I am essential to 'keeping the show on the road' - without their support we would not be able to stay together in our delightful home any longer.

These ladies are fantastic with mum,their care and duty is 100%, their communication is brilliant wether it's on the portal or the notes they provide,we as a family feel blessed to have this company caring and looking after mum.

Guardian Angel Carers were recommended to us when my husband required more personal care than I was physically able to provide. I found the organisation very efficient and the staff were cheerful, very caring and maintained my husbands dignity at all times. Their presence was reassuring to us both during end of life care.

Guardian Angels may be a little more expensive than other organisations. ..but i would say they are an amazing team and very much reflects the care they provide.

We have been using Guardian Angels the past couple of months for a reasonably complex care package, and the service and staff have been brilliant. My mum and dad are both very happy and it's a big relief for me that such good help is available. Thanks team!

Their companionship is important to us. They have a good understanding of our difficulties and are always willing to make our shared sessions great fun.

I protested at first that I did not need so many visits; now find them of increasing value as part of my life. They go out of their way to be helpful. I feel we now count each other as friends - some more than others, of course!

I can honestly say guardian Angels are the best care company I have had experience with. I have had experience with others and nothing beats them. The carers are amazing and always pleased to see my friend who they care for. She always says they are literally her Gaudian Angles. Nothing is ever to much for them they go above and beyond. I just wish I knew about them when my mum was alive as the care is just exceptional. A big thank you to you all for your continuous support.

The carers at Guardian Angels are excellent and have been since day one! My mum was initially against having carers as she felt it would impact on her independence, but she has grown to really appreciate the team. GA have always been flexible and accommodating of any changes and requests. Since GA have been checking in on mum every day it has taken a huge sense of pressure off us as a family as we know she is safe and it means she can stay in her own home. We are really satisfied and very appreciative of the genuine care they provide. Thank you.

Guardian Angels have been wonderful in supporting my Mum. They provided additional visits following her recent stay in hospital and she is very pleased to have their help. The Care Angels are very kind, friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend them.

All of the Guardian Angels are excellent. You feel that they enjoy what they do and really care for the people they are looking after. More importantly it is not only me: my mother couldn't be more pleased with the help they give and has told me many times that choosing them to look after her was one of the best things I have ever done. I cannot recommend them more highly.

The carers at guardian angels are wonderful, my grandmother feels at ease with them. They provide us with notes from each visit and call us immediately with any concerns or problems. As a family we could not recommend them anymore.

The family selected Guardian Angels initially as we liked the individual, family feel approach. Being a local, smaller company rather than a national one we felt would fit with us better. We were not wrong. We have been pleased and relieved to have found a company and carers that really do take that extra bit of time getting to know mum and negotiating their way with her as mum thought she could carry on managing on her own. The carers always respect her wishes but do manage to help her with personal hygiene and keeping the house clean and tidy. Not an easy job but always done with respect and thoughtfulness. Thank you.

I am delighted to have Guardian Angels carers coming into our home to look after my husband. He has alzheimers and parkinsons. They get him up and showered and dressed for me. They are very patient and understanding of his needs. I can't praise them enough and I am very grateful for their help in a morning.

Excellent experience from all the staff, the client loves having their visits, when she remembers they have been. They take care of her well making sure that she eat's, and her house is left clean and tidy.

The Guardian Angels have given us a little bit of freedom back so that my husband, son and I can spend a few hours on a Saturday and have quality time together. We work full time and are full time carers for my mother in law who is 91 years old, so this time is so precious. All the Guardian Angels who have supported us have been amazing with my mother in law and with us and it is lovely yo be able to relax and know she is happy, safe and well cared for. At a time when my father needed support from a team of caring individuals, to help him return to some of the activities that had meaning for him when he was well and independent, the Guardian Care Angels stepped in and filled that void. They have been marvellous.
