Extremely pleased with the service that Guardian Angels provid to my Aunt. As I live many miles away, it is a real piece of mind that any care need, both physical and wellbeing is considered, with the care provider going beyond the expected to make a difference to my Aunt's day. The ability to use the app real enables the family to be able to keep in touch with what is happening in the day, which is a fantastic aid. The Care provider are all seem genuinely caring and very patient when circumstances can be difficult. Highly recommend Guardian Angels to anyone. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your kind words. We really do enjoy visiting and taking care of your aunt. I am pleased the app works well for you.
The team of Care Angels are very punctual, polite, trustworthy and respectful, which gives both the family and the person being cared for the confidence they need.
My mother was having a difficult time coming to terms with needing care and having people she did not know come into her home. The Care Angels understood this and worked slowly with her to gain trust and friendship.
My mother would say, "I enjoy the Care Angels coming as we have a right laugh" This in its self is good medicine.
I would not hesitate recommending Guardian Angels to anyone who is in need of a little extra care and attention.
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for your kind words. You mum is lovely and it was always a pleasure to visit her.
We were so fortunate that Guardian Angels were recommended to us. They supported my husband who has dementia whilst I was recovering from an operation. They are very reliable and friendly, taking time to understand my husband's needs, preferences and interests. They shared their news and interests too and it was lovely to hear my husband laughing and chatting. Nothing was hurried or rushed. He always looked forward to seeing them. They always asked what else would help us and would hoover or load the washing machine if time permitted. As a family this was a difficult time for us but "The Angels" looked after all of us with great kindness. They truly understand caring.
Thank you so much for this lovely review. Getting to know your husband was an absolute joy. His stories and amusing anecdotes always made our CareAngels chuckle! From visiting for a couple of hours each week through to short term live-in care, supporting and assisting you and your family during a difficult time was a privilege.
My Aunt has been receiving care from Guardian Angels for almost 12 months. The care has been excellent going above and beyond to help on many occasions their team are kind very thoughtful and extremely thorough in everything they do. My Aunt was in hospital for a short stay recently and they helped with visits and transport, being quite a distance away can make caring for my Aunt difficult but having Guardian Angels to care for her means she can stay in her own home safely and well cared for she is extremely fond of her carers and we as a family could not more happy with our choice of carers. I have lost count of the number of times they have made what could have been a very difficult and stressful situation so much easier. knowing they are calling on a regular basis has given myself and my Aunt peace of mind with their cheerful manner, thoughtfulness and showing kindness in so many ways.
Thank you so much for your kind review. Your Aunt is an absolute delight to visit, whether that's in her own home or visiting her when she was in hospital. Her resilience and ability to adapt to her changing situation is admirable. Her cheeky smile and sense of humour mean we always leave with a smile!
Mum has had guardian angels for around 2 years start with short daily visits to visits to hospital and home numerous times a days In the last year mums health was not good but thanks to 6 members of staff in particular. to mention only a few where always there for mum with love. Care .and sometimes just a chat really don't know how we would of copped without them all.
Thank you so much for your review. All of our CareAngels absolutely loved spending time with your mum. Such an independent, determined lady who inspired us all! She's missed by everyone already.
Guardian Angels has been wonderful at listening to Mum's story and fitting the "right" carer to her needs. They have taken a lot of pressure off me in particular and enable me to be a daughter again, not a carer.
Hi Jane, thank you so much for your wonderful review. Your mum's sharp wit and relaxed attitude means that our CareAngels have all loved visiting her. Her lessons in the use of an Aga and how to touch our toes have also been gratefully received! Our Live-in CareAngels tell us that your mum and yourself have made them feel part of the family. Thank you.
Mum suffered a broken hip and wrist in December 2023. It left her with poor mobility, memory loss and other symptoms and is housebound and not able to look after herself and her home. She is getting older and relying more and more on friends and family. She is independent and does not want to go into residential care. Guardian Angels have been brilliant visiting 2 days a week which Mum really looks forward to and have given me peace of mind that she is receiving professional, caring and friendly support which in turn is supporting family and friends. The level of communication is very good with the post-visit reports in addition to the review structure to ensure the care level is correct for Mum. As my mum's cognitive capacity reduces further, I am confident that Guardian Angels will be able to increase their support to enable my mum to stay in her own home for as long as possible.
Thank you so much for your glowing review. We're so pleased that our care and support have given your family the reassurance that your mum is being cared for professionally and with a person-centred approach. We look forward to continuing to care for her as her journey continues.
Mum suffered a stroke and seizure in 2020 which she was lucky to survive. It left her with poor mobility, memory loss and other usual symptoms and is practically housebound and not able to look after her home and surroundings. She also has other health issues which hinder the situation. She is getting older and relying more and more on me and my sister. It's a hard decision to make but the realisation was we couldn't sustain the level of help she needs. She is fiercely independent and not ready for a home, so the only answer was external help. We are so lucky to have found Guardian Angels. They have been absolutely brilliant. They visit weekly, which Mum really looks forward to and have given us peace of mind that she is receiving professional, caring and friendly support which in turn is supporting us too. We love the level of communication, the post-visit report as well as the review structure to ensure the care level is correct for Mum. We wouldn't want to be without them now!
Thank you so much for your kind words. It has been an absolute pleasure visiting your mum and getting to know her. We are delighted that this is giving you and your sister peace of mind and glad that you find the notes and review structure helpful.
She had been managing really well independently but we knew that we would need extra help during her recovery.
We contacted Guardian Angels who arranged a home visit straight away. They discussed Mum's needs and what support she would need following her operation. The care was put in place following a post-op visit from the registered care manager to assess her needs.
Myself and my sisters were really pleased with her care and the care app which was updated after each visit was invaluable to us, especially with Mum's short-term memory issues. They adapted the care as Mum began her recovery and needed less support.
We couldn't fault Guardian Angels and we will definitely keep them in mind if we need help in the future!
Many thanks for your kind comments. It was a pleasure to be able to support Mum at a time when she was recovering from her operation. As a team, we find it very rewarding to be able to help someone get back on their feet after being in hospital, for whatever reason and be able to offer that reassurance to caring families like yourselves. Please give Mum our very best wishes.
The absolute best care we could have asked for was provided for Mum on a daily basis. Always arrived on time and was always cheerful, friendly and professional and Mum looked forward to seeing her carer. Meals were prepared to high standards and always discussed and planned and even brought a few items when Mum ran out. Mum always treated with dignity and respect and always had time to ensure she was ok both physically and mentally. The team are extremely vigilant to any health issues and would flag these.
Thank you for such a heartfelt review. It was a pleasure visiting your mum and she is still missed by us all.
My 92-year-old Mum is still able to live in her own home thanks to the support she receives from Guardian Angels. She's been getting support now for over a year and there's never been any cause for complaint. As she has daily care, you wouldn't expect it to always be the same person visiting, but we have been impressed by the consistency nonetheless. The carers write comprehensive notes, spot things which need attending to (like picking up on symptoms of a UTI) and get in touch whenever needed. I am very grateful that we found this service and would highly recommend them to others.
Thank you for the lovely review. We know how important it is for family members to be able to read our notes in real-time and see how their loved ones are feeling and what activities they are undertaking on a daily basis. It is always our pleasure to visit your mum, she has a dry sense of humour,...
I find the Guardian Angel Carers to be very professional, friendly and helpful and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for care in their home.
Thank you for such a heartfelt review. We have loved being part of your parents' journey. From meal preparation a couple of times per week, through to offering dignified personal care and now a completely tailored live-in CareAngel. Knowing your parents can remain independently in their home makes us feel proud of what we do.
The team at Guardian Angels offer a superb service. The care and support given whilst looking after my Mum went above and beyond the norm! Mum was treated with respect, dignity and compassion by the Care Angels, and she soon came to regard them as friends. On more than one occasion the Angels stayed beyond their allotted time slot because they had concerns about Mum's wellbeing and would only leave when reassured she was fine and had spoken to me (daughter). I can highly recommend Guardian Angels Easingwold, they do an exceptional job of caring for people in their own homes.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It's always an absolute pleasure visiting your Mum. Our CareAngels often tell us that seeing her is an absolute delight as she's always interested in their lives. Thank you for allowing us to be part of her life.
Overall my Aunty is being cared for very well by the Guardian Angel thank you for all your help as we live in Scotland and it helps us to make sure she can live independently in her own home...and she is happy and contented as she reaches 100 years old.
Thank you for your kind review. We absolutely love visiting your Aunty, and assisting her to live independently at home at the age of 99! When we arranged to take her to York Minster and meet the Chaplain, seeing the delight on her face was incredible! Thank you for allowing us to help your Aunt revisit the places and memories she holds so dear.
Guardian Angels provides a service which gives me peace of mind, knowing that my mother is being well looked after by a team that will always try to go the extra mile when asked.
Thank you for a lovely review. All the team enjoy visiting your mum and getting to know the family.
The carers were always punctual. They were kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they checked I had everything I needed before they left. They helped me to regain my independence after my stay in hospital.
Hi, thank you so much for this review. We're so pleased the care we provided was helpful in your return to full independence.
We were very pleased with the respite care received. From our initial contact we were treated sympathetically, and great efforts were made during the festive season to ensure that we received the support required. As the husband of the client, these visits were extremely helpful to me, allowing me some time to myself and to recharge my batteries, and I felt confident that my wife was being cared for and, when possible, motivated when I was out of sight.
Thank you so much for this review. We all loved spending time with your wife and getting to know you both.
Excellent service from everyone. Many, many thanks.
We're so pleased you are finding our assistance helpful and of a high standard. Our aims for excellence are being achieved!
Guardian Angel Carers are very caring and run the business excellently. I've nothing to complain about.
Thank you so much, that's a lovely recommendation. We all love visiting you.
Very good care. Treat with dignity, understanding and listen to what I say. Very helpful. They have got compassion. Supportive and professional, make me smile again and happy. I would recommend them all, fantastic, lovely people.
Thank you for your lovely words, it has been a pleasure to visit you, especially taking you to church which I know you enjoy.

Meet the Team (15)
I wanted to help people manage these concerns and this is what lead me to start a care company.
Guardian Angel Carers is a franchise that I knew would give us the support and reputation we need to build our own successful care company. Not only does its values align with ours, but it also has a wealth of knowledge and expertise that we can tap into as we grow and develop.
Since starting the business I have now completed my Level 5 in Adult Leaders, which has given me an insight into the Adult Social Care Sector.
I started my career in care when I was 17, working in a small care home in Bridlington. I wanted to do something that made a difference. Over the years, I have worked in many different settings, including care homes, domiciliary care, working on a specialist dementia unit, and 1-1 care for a young person with Cerebral Palsy.
I have cared for my own grandma during the last 5 years of her life, who had dementia.
I have a passion for care, which stems from my need to help people and make their lives easier and enjoyable.
When I applied to work at Guardian Angel Carers in 2023, I was almost giving up on my career in care. I had decided as a mum to spend more time with my family, and this need for flexible hours meant I was turned away by most care companies. This was not the case with Guardian Angel Carers; they embraced this and could see that my experience and drive were more important.
I already had my Level 3 in care, and since joining, I have progressed further than I could have imagined. I was promoted in 2024 to Care Supervisor and then in 2025 to Care Manager, and following my successful CQC application, I am now proud to be the Registered Care Manager.
I wanted to be a carer because I’ve always loved to help people and believe everyone should have access to the best quality care that someone can offer. Being able to make a difference in someone’s day is really important to me; even just a simple smile and a kind word can do so much if someone’s having a bad day.
I believe the most important qualities in a carer are compassion, kindness and understanding.
I have cared for several members of my family over the past 10 years and wanted to take forward my experiences of that to provide excellent support for those needing it.
I have always been a caring and thoughtful person. I decided to change career following the 2019 pandemic. I have three years of experience as a care professional and I find the work enjoyable and rewarding.
Nicola lives in France and flies over to the UK to provide live-in care to our clients. Whether that be a few weeks to assist with convalescence or long-term care as a comforting alternative to moving into a care home.
I enjoy knowing I have helped someone in their day-to-day life as it makes me feel warm. It is something I consider will be my career going forward.
I like to feel that I have done something useful and helped those in my community.
I believe it is important to always be kind and positive despite how you may be feeling that day.
I am proud of the feedback I once got about my ability to bring calmness to a situation that started as quite challenging.
I’m proud of how far I have come as a Carer. I know what an important role it is and that my worth is recognised by myself and others.
I feel it is important to treat people as you would, as if they were your own family member. Care for people with the kindness and respect that you’d expect from someone trusted to care for you.
Jane believes it is important to be passionate about caring for the individuals you support with respect, dignity and empathy.
I enjoy helping people and making them feel good.
I love gardening, knitting, drawing, and baking, to name a few.
I'm most proud of my empathy and ability to listen to others at work, but also in daily life.
I like coming home at the end of the day and feeling like I've made a difference. I am a really caring person who would go above and beyond for anyone, and I treat clients like I would my family
