I can highly recommend Guardian Angel Carers - Berkshire & South Oxfordshire
for home care. The whole experience was very reassuring from the initial home visit, the very thorough preparation and paperwork up to meeting the carer herself. Lovely people who gave my mother the best level of care.

I have just started to use Guardian Angel Carers for support and help with my mum, the team are amazing, so attentive, supportive and have a lovely professional relationship with my mum. The three ladies we have daily to help and support my mum make her laugh, jolly her along when she is having a slightly
off day and always bring a smile to her face. The team in the office made the whole process of completing the paperwork to introducing themselves to my mum and talking through all the support packages so easy, nothing was too much trouble.

Thank you for stepping in whilst our normal carer took annual leave. You took time and care to understand my father-in-law's needs and routines. A particular member of staff was kind and patient and ensured disruption was kept to an absolute minimum. Would definitely recommend it.

This is the first time I have needed to have carers and I have not been disappointed. The organisation of Guardian Angel Carers - Reading and the service itself have been first class and I could not have asked for better.

Really happy with the care Mum has been given. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Communication and timekeeping has been good. We can relax knowing Mum is being well cared for in between our visits.

My dad and I have been very happy with the service provided in the first 3 weeks of using Guardian Angels. They have been helpful, caring, friendly and attentive on visits and I find the app extremely useful to be aware of what has happened on a visit.

We couldn't have asked for a better care company to look after our grandparents. From the first assessment, they made my grandparents feel at ease about having carers coming into their home. Everybody was always on time, friendly and they could not do enough for my grandparents. As a family member,

Guardian Angel Carers supported us while my father was in hospital for a long period, making sure that our mother was ok. My mother passed away during that time and my father and the family were so impressed with their compassion that he insisted that when he came home eventually that they would be
there for him. They provided an outstanding service tailored to his personal needs. What was impressive was their attention and care. They were absolutely up for anything and did everything required to a super professional level. They were never fazed by the task. They were always prompt and went over and above. They kept the family up to date, advising on my father’s condition on a regular basis. I can’t thank them enough for the work they did which they did so well and always with a smile.

We have been using Guardian Angels Reading for help with my very elderly Mum for some weeks now and they have been a God send. From the assessment process to care delivery, we cannot fault them. The carers are all so kind, very professional and reliable. We would not hesitate to recommend!

My mother has received fantastic care so far from Guardian Angels. Nothing is too much trouble, they are very experienced and I feel my mother is in very safe hands.

We really couldn't fault the care my grandad received from Guardian Angel Carers. The management was fantastic as were all the carers my grandad had, he loved seeing the office manager and in his own words said she was A-star. Nothing was ever too much and the communication was second to none. Would

Guardian Angel Carers first stepped in when my mum needed a bit of extra help with personal care, housework and mobility and then stepped up to four calls a day after a hospital admission. The carers are all kind and friendly, always striving to get the right balance between helping and supporting independence.
Communication and feedback with me were always timely and the manager was supportive in problem-solving and making suggestions to improve things for Mum. The whole team was flexible and responsive to the changing situation. I highly recommend the service and thank all the team for their kindness and care.

We needed a new care company urgently and Guardian Angel Carers Reading stepped in very quickly. We have found them very good. Help and assistance is first class, absolutely takes the strain off of the family shoulders. Two staff members in particular are both very conscientious, very smart and safety

The carers are all very caring, friendly and treat my father with dignity. The online dashboard is so useful and easy to use, plus you can always get hold of someone when you call the office and they are so helpful.
I highly recommend Guardian Angels.
