As a family, we have replied on the care and support of various care agencies.
Guardian Angel have been my brother, and his wife's, support for the last few years. We have been very happy with the care they receive. The cares are very experienced, and report immediately any concerns regarding their
health and wellbeing, back to the office. The family are notified, and assisted on arranging appropriate response. It can be very difficult and stressful looking after sick and elderly relatives, but with good help and support, it can make life much less stressful for everyone involved.
Very pleased we found such a lovely caring, and helpful home care agency.

Guardian Angels have been really excellent caring for my Dad as he transitioned into an assisted living environment after he lost his wife (my Mum). They have been quite incredible. They understand him as an individual, and really look after him exceptionally well. They are patient, caring and go not
just one but two or three steps beyond what you might expect. Their communication is excellent with timely and useful reviews as he has been adjusting to living with various conditions. They are also 100% reliable, I have literally never heard from them letting us down. I really can't recommend them highly enough - I don't know what better could even look like!

All the carers with Guardian Angels that my mum have used have been very good. They are kind, caring and efficient and she is very happy with them. I like the fact that they report online after each visit so that we can see how she is getting on and if any extra attention is needed. I also like that
Guardian Angels are quick to respond to requests of time change and care patterns.

We cannot speak highly enough of Guardian Angels and the care they provided to my father in the many months before his passing. Their service was compassionate, personable, and deeply respectful of him and our family.


They took the time to understand not only my father's needs, but also our complex

family situation, offering guidance and reassurance during a very difficult stage of life. Communication was outstanding - clear, timely, and thoughtful - including with family overseas. We always felt informed and supported.


Guardian Angels were unfailingly reliable, always on time, honest, and reasonably priced. Their flexibility allowed care to be tailored as my father's needs changed.


Most importantly, they formed a genuine relationship with my dad, showing patience, understanding, and warmth, and becoming a true friend when family could not be with him. Having Guardian Angels involved in our family's life was an absolute and unexpected pleasure.

It gives me pleasure to write this review. I have used a number of carer services over the years. They were all adequate, but no more than that. They went about their tasks mechanically.
Then I got lucky - I found Guardian Angels. I have a number of different angels looking after me. They operate
as individuals, but instead of the "passive" care I'd received previously, the Angels were always looking for routines that would enhance my house bound life. And they succeeded! I look forward every day to the arrival
of a carer who has become a friend.
Guardian Angels should be the standard against which other carers are judged.

My husband, with Alzheimer's Disease and a slow growing brain tumour was recovered in Hospital with a bad UTI for a week from 30th March to 4th April and needed to be discharged on that day.As I did not have any backup help for when he was meant to come home, and I was being pressurized by the hospital
to discharge him, I contacted Guardian Angels to see if they could help me.They visited quickly during the day and arranged for a carer to come in the next day Saturday. Stephen, carer, came in for the next week whilst my husband was readdapting to being home.Davide very kindly visited too on the 7th April to see if he could help in the matter as my husband was refusing personal care and he was able to speak to him in Italian.However the care package finished on the 10th April because of the above problem and not because there was anything wrong with the agency and the professional way they reached out to help me in a difficult situation.
I should like to recommend them.

When we first contacted Guardian Angels to help our elderly parents around the house a bit, we didn't quite know what to expect. What started off as a weekly visit became a daily visit, then three times daily, then two longer visits a day, then eventually a live-in carer. Every step of the way Guardian
Angels were there for our parents, and for us also. Nothing was too much to ask for, and while our parents ended up having quite specific needs towards our time with GA, both our parents were treated with dignity and respect. Just having someone there in a GA uniform brought us reassurance. ,In terms of general management and day to day communications we were also happy with the website detailing our parents' care being updated several times a day. Thank you.

I have only got positive things to say about Guardian Angels. From the outset they cared for my aunt with kindness and compassion, often going the extra mile if there was a crisis. The care my mum receives from all the carers is first class. She loves the outings they take her on and is always in fantastic spirits when she returns. Communication and support from all staff have been amazing from day one and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Aga has been more than exceptional - explaining how to help us as a family navigate elderly care with respect and dignity. Sharese attends to my parents each day and has earnt their trust is a very short space of time.
Without Aga and Sharese I do not know where I would be in trying to care for my
parents post moving them from 400 miles away.
The support we have had in such a short space of time is more than we hoped and reassurance that we are looking after our parents gives a peace of mind each day that is invaluable.

I cannot recommend these guys enough, they were efficient, kind, caring and friendly with my mother.
My mother has dementia and my siblings and I share her care on a weekly rotation.
We used Guardian Angels to oversee Mum washing herself whilst my brother did his week and this worked very well.

We are delighted with the care received by my Mother-in-Law. It took us a long time to gently encourage Mum that she did need some extra help when she was adamant that she didn't need any. We were worried about how it would all go. All of the worry proved to be futile in the end because she absolutely
adores her carers. She relishes the visits and finds each carer friendly and entertaining (and of course caring, helpful and patient). From my perspective, it has given me some extra time to help my parents, especially my dad who is very poorly. Also the detailed daily updates are so reassuring when I am busy at work. The management team are very professional and approachable, especially in the beginning when we had a myriad of questions. Finally, I believe that should Mum's needs change in the future we can work together to increase visits and tweak the care plan. I would highly recommend 'Guardian Angels' to anyone.

Guardian Angels have been supporting my mother with live-in care since January 2024. Her carer is outstanding - highly experienced, compassionate, and attentive. She provides excellent care, treats my mother with dignity, and is proactive in managing her complex health needs, promptly alerting me and
medical professionals when necessary.


The wider Guardian Angels team also provide additional support when needed. I've found the management to be responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with. Overall, I have great confidence in the care they provide and would not hesitate to recommend them.

The Ladies who attended were helpful & kind.
Making our worries less as we knew she would have people popping in.

We are so grateful to Guardian Angels. They are a brilliant organisation: flexible, sensible and highly experienced. My dad, who is 92, has been having GA carers once a day for some time. He likes all his carers and I'm impressed by the way they bring personal touches to their work: one got him enjoying
pasta for lunch, another persuaded him to write a poem! Very recently he has been ill and we felt he needed a short-term, live-in carer to support his recovery. Despite the fact that it happened over a weekend, the GA team pulled out all the stops and found us a brilliant carer to move in with my dad at very short notice. It's a team of warm, sensitive, lovely people who genuinely put their clients at the centre of their thinking. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We required urgent care for both my parents,Guardian Angels came to the rescue. They provided a thorough assessment by coming to the home and chatting to my parents to establish their individual needs. Care was put in place within 3 days. My parents met all their carers prior to visits. We are very
happy with the care provided it meets all my parents needs, treating them with dignity and respect. The team are very easy to contact and respond quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend Guardian Angels to any future clients.
