Guardian Angels Wimbledon are "angels" indeed. I was in the position of finding caring services for my elderly neighbour after she returned from a 3-month stay in hospital. Having spoken with other caring companies I came across Guardian Angels who were perfect for our needs. Started at short notice and gave the best service for over a year. Scheduled timings three times a day, compassionate, efficient, reporting any necessary changes or ailments with head office that needed to be discussed and gave me complete peace of mind. My neighbour was very happy and very fond of them all, until sadly passing away. I do not know what I'd have done without the dedication and caring of Guardian Angels. A deep felt 'thank you'.

The office staff communicate any concerns promptly and liaise with GP and other community services as required. I have no hesitation in recommending this agency to others.

My late, very elderly relative was cared for amazingly well by Guardian Angels for the last few years of his life. They were very quick to adapt to changing situations, adding help with showering, then night care, within hours of the request and even spending time with him in hospital. My relative was a strong-minded, independent man, who could be very difficult at times, but his Guardian Angel carers lived up to their name and always treated him with kindness and respect, helping him to retain his dignity and as much of his highly valued independence as possible. It seemed that they would support him in every area of his life, including taking him out to shop, visit the doctor, the hospital, the bank, etc. I have two other elderly relatives for whom I have some responsibility of care and I am grateful that, in this case, when I could not visit, I felt comfortable in the knowledge that his Guardian Angels would be there not just caring for him, but genuinely caring about him.

From the start of my contact (over two years ago) with Guardian Angels I have found the company to be extremely caring and professional. Contact with the organisers is quick, effective and thorough. The continuity of staff carrying out home visits is admirable and the care that my aunt receives is first class. I could not give this company a higher recommendation.

We have been receiving care from Guardian Angels for nearly a year now - firstly twice a week but more recently four times a day. Throughout this time the carers have been capable, friendly and gentle. They have respected both my wife and my wishes and over the time that they have been coming have become 'friends'. Our needs are regularly assessed by the senior staff and care has been modified to suit circumstances. All the staff have shared their views and ideas. They have responded to my wife's changing needs with dignity and have been able to develop the relationship they have with us so that we look forward to them coming. There is consistency in the carers who come to us with two of them being especially key, and it is unusual for someone to come who does not know what to expect. I can recommend Guardian Angels unreservedly.

Guardian Angels have been really excellent caring for my Dad as he transitioned into an assisted living environment after he lost his wife (my Mum). They have been quite incredible. They understand him as an individual, and really look after him exceptionally well. They are patient, caring and go not just one but two or three steps beyond what you might expect. Their communication is excellent with timely and useful reviews as he has been adjusting to living with various conditions. They are also 100% reliable, I have literally never heard from them letting us down. I really can't recommend them highly enough - I don't know what better could even look like!

All the carers with Guardian Angels that my mum have used have been very good. They are kind, caring and efficient and she is very happy with them. I like the fact that they report online after each visit so that we can see how she is getting on and if any extra attention is needed. I also like that Guardian Angels are quick to respond to requests of time change and care patterns.

We cannot speak highly enough of Guardian Angels and the care they provided to my father in the many months before his passing. Their service was compassionate, personable, and deeply respectful of him and our family.

They took the time to understand not only my father's needs, but also our complex family situation, offering guidance and reassurance during a very difficult stage of life. Communication was outstanding - clear, timely, and thoughtful - including with family overseas. We always felt informed and supported.

Guardian Angels were unfailingly reliable, always on time, honest, and reasonably priced. Their flexibility allowed care to be tailored as my father's needs changed.

Most importantly, they formed a genuine relationship with my dad, showing patience, understanding, and warmth, and becoming a true friend when family could not be with him. Having Guardian Angels involved in our family's life was an absolute and unexpected pleasure.

When we first contacted Guardian Angels to help our elderly parents around the house a bit, we didn't quite know what to expect. What started off as a weekly visit became a daily visit, then three times daily, then two longer visits a day, then eventually a live-in carer. Every step of the way Guardian Angels were there for our parents, and for us also. Nothing was too much to ask for, and while our parents ended up having quite specific needs towards our time with GA, both our parents were treated with dignity and respect. Just having someone there in a GA uniform brought us reassurance. ,In terms of general management and day to day communications we were also happy with the website detailing our parents' care being updated several times a day. I have only got positive things to say about Guardian Angels. From the outset they cared for my aunt with kindness and compassion, often going the extra mile if there was a crisis. They were communicative throughout and observant, noting changes in my aunt's situation and feeding this back to me, along with helpful suggestions to improve my aunt's quality of life. The care my mum receives from all the carers is first class. She loves the outings they take her on and is always in fantastic spirits when she returns. Communication and support from all staff have been amazing from day one and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
