Eliska is likely to be the first person our client meets when she visits for a friendly, no-obligation assessment to understand what support we can offer. Eliska has a great deal of experience in care, working as a live-in carer before joining us as a CareAngel, then being promoted to Client Advisor and now is the branch Deputy Care Manager.
Susan has worked in care for many years and has worked for Guardian Angel Carers for more than 2 years, recently taking on the complex job of scheduling all of our care calls. Susan ensures that clients have continuity of care from carers they know and trust, she manages the onboarding and shadowing of new carers and she problem-solves last-minute changes to client needs and carer availability.
