Overall the support is very helpful and I look forward to seeing my carers very much. Sometimes they don't keep to the times I am expecting them.

Guardian Angels have been helping my elderly mother with personal care for about six months now and I wish I had known about them earlier. Carers and office staff are very friendly, competent, and reliable. They pay attention to details, taking the time to get to know the client, their specific preferences or needs and offering valuable advice. The carers have been extremely patient and somehow creative in communicating with my mother who doesn't speak any English, and she always looks forward to their visits. I would not hesitate to recommend Guardian Angels to anybody who wants the highest standard of care.

It’s with sadness today Mothering Sunday my mother is no longer here as she passed on 10th February with two beautiful guardian angels by her side. I was walking the dogs when she chose to leave us. There are no words to explain how wonderful all the carers have been with my gorgeous mum over the past two years. With their help, I was able to keep my mum at home until the end. I will be forever grateful to the managers and their dedicated caring team. She was treated with so much dignity and love as though she was their own mother/grandmother. I could ask for no more and have absolutely no regrets about her care. I would change absolutely nothing. Feel truly blessed that I chose the guardian angels to help me with the best and most gentle mother ever. May she rest in eternal peace.

I have been very impressed with Guardian Angels since we started using them nearly a year ago. All the carers are well trained, friendly and treat their client with much respect. The carers are invariably on time (which is a far cry from previous agencies). We are sent weekly attendance sheets so we know which carers are coming on which days. The management is excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending Guardian Angels to anyone needing such support.

Guardian Angels have been caring for my octogenarian parents for nearly two years, starting off with a once-a-week visit and ramping up to daily help as their needs have increased. The owners are very hands-on and a pleasure to deal with, and the carers are all wonderful. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We had a lovely relationship with Guardian Angels, the two companion/carers we had were extremely well-matched to my mother. Special care was taken to find suitable people, they were superb, both gave different experiences to my mother, who was finding life difficult. She needed help with some general chores but also needed conversation and outings, which were provided easily, without issues and safely. Guardian Angels were highly recommended to me by a friend and I can only agree, I would certainly advise a conversation with this kind and professional care provider.

Guardian Angels have been caring for my mother for the past year (who is now almost 102). They are an extremely professional company and are truly marvellous with caring for my mum. I know that I can go out to work feeling safe and never need to worry about what is happening at home, as they always keep me fully informed daily of everything that has happened/gone on throughout the day. They always ring up the GP/request repeat prescriptions for Mum and do everything possible for us. They do the washing, hoovering and anything else that is required to make things easier for me which is a great blessing. I have recommended the company to some of my friends and people at work. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Fantastic company.

My husband has Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s and life is becoming more difficult with his decreasing mobility. We have now, for the last three months, had the support of Guardian Angels Carers which has changed our lives. They are all thoroughly professional and are so kind and helpful. We feel completely safe with them and they also give us lots of advice, which is invaluable. They are very informed about healthcare, are very efficient, always on time and are basically very nice people to deal with and have in your home.

Guardian Angel Carers looked after my ninety-six year old mother for approximately eight months. The service they provided was very caring and professional. They were very friendly towards my mother and met her individual needs, specifically in the morning with her showering and personal care and getting her ready for bed in the evening. They showed compassion with her eating difficulties and helped with practical advice. They always found the time to have a chat with Mum which she loved telling them about her family and happy memories. They are very good at selecting the right carers who are very caring and professional. I would not hesitate on recommending them.

Guardian Angels are a company that really does care about their clients; led by an owner who is very personable and caring. They take their time to get to know the client and their needs, nothing is too much trouble. The management side of the company is always available to answer any queries or help. We were very happy with the carer from Guardian Angels - Wimbledon and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone requiring the need of a care agency.

The manager and his team consistently go the 'extra mile'. He is a very 'hands-on' carer/leader and obviously has a good back-up to provide in helping provide a happy, wide-ranging service. He pays great attention to detail.

It is such a relief to have found this wonderful, caring company. They treat my aunt like one of the family and nothing is too much trouble - collecting her prescriptions, doing shopping, preparing her meals and providing her with the much-needed company. We have had a Guardian Angel carer a couple of times a week for the last few months and we cannot speak too highly of them. The carer is professional but very kind and my mother, who receives the care, is very happy and thinks of the carer as a friend. We would certainly recommend them from our experience.
