I cannot thank Guardian Angels Care enough for the wonderful care and support they provided to my dad (Ken). The carers always treated him with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion, and it was clear that they truly cared about his wellbeing.

My dad really looked forward to their visits and enjoyed spending time with the team. They always took the time to chat with him, make him feel comfortable, and ensure all his needs were met with great care and attention.

Knowing he was in such capable and caring hands gave our family real peace of mind. I would highly recommend Guardian Angels Care to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and compassionate care services.

Mum is really happy with the overnight companionship care and day visits that she receives. It gives both her and us peace of mind that she is looked after and safe while we are away. After not being able to cope with my beloved shower how wonderful to be TAKEN CARE OF with personal details carried out in a dignified & straightforward way. Then the bonus of help with chores like fresh sheets & bed making, taking to appointment, help with exercises, listening to a moan without judgement (really important).

Estzer is a lovely caring person who does her job beautifully and I have no hesitation in saying how much I have enjoyed her being here. She is an excellent carer.

Great support from the Angels right from the start. Dad was admitted to hospital on five occasions in 2025 for infection based episodes and the Angels were often the initial source of reporting to the family of concerns with dad. They use their initiative to ensure that dad gets the best possible sign-posting, whether that is a 111 call a 999 call or family member/ other health provider. The local team have been immense in demonstrating flexibility at short notice to provide additional care or specific needs. I have been very impressed. The on-line Family Portal provides reassurance to us as a family being able to access dad's notes which are very informative and descriptive. I have witnessed the carer's at work and I have been very impressed with their approach and communication with dad who turned 90yrs last year. I would strongly recommend the Angels to local families seeking a reliable and helpful caring service for loved ones.

I am very grateful and happy with the care that my dad receives from Guardian Angels. The carers that regularly and know Dad well at time show good understanding of his needs and his dementia and give excellent care and kindness. It is hard for the carers that don't come regularly and know dad well, and also if the carer is new to the professional. The care given is still good, but sometimes the understanding of his dementia, and how helpful it is to talk to him doing his care is not always understood. We do miss some of the outstanding carers that we had got to know over Dad's time with Guardian Angels, that experience and knowledge of their professional is a very precious and valuable things. We thank all the lovely carers that come and give Dad excellent care and often go the extra mile for us both - Thank you!

The Guardian Angels care team are superb. They are trustworthy, kind and truly caring. They have worked diligently to keep Mum happy through a challenging period in our lives, keeping me informed about any changes, conveying any health issues related to Mum's everyday living with speed and care. The carers are truly invested in her wellbeing, they are kind and competent and truly care about her. What more can we ask for?
