Overall Experience

Generally very good - and certainly made us aware of health issues etc. team were always very friendly with us when we visited. A couple of carers exceptionally good eg helped us when things got very tricky .
There were a couple of times we were disappointed with the way food was presented to mum

which did not help her reluctant eating . Early on we were perhaps disappointed that team did not help mum more with rehab eg exercises , getting her cooking and gardening ( we know that later it would not have been possible)
Sometimes a bit frustrated with some charges eg bank holiday rates!

We starting using Guardian for some two years plus up to May 2024, having switched to them from another company who we found to be increasingly less user friendly. Guardian were always excellent to deal with, had good staff allocated to us, and were always contactable to change arrangements, and dealt

with all efficiently particularly towards the end of our using them when needs increased somewhat.

Guardian Angels provide daily support for my Dad. This support enables Dad to stay at home and lifts the load on us as a family. The team are caring, professional and irreplaceable. They provide peace of mind. No request is too difficult. My Dad loves the support and contact he receives from the team.

Overall Experience

My parents have had care from the Stubbington Angels team for some years. They are very elderly - 90 and 95 years, and want to stay in their own home together for as long as possible.
The carers are excellent, punctual , efficient and cheerful. Their help and care has been invaluable, as I live abroad

and it's a great relief to me that I can rely on them.
They are in contact with me frequently, I do the online shopping for my parents and 'eyes in the house' helps me with the weekly order.
I have been able to request transport to the Doctors etc.. the system works perfectly.
Initially reluctant to accept help - they are both now enjoying the support and company.
They couldn't manage without them - this is definitely essential for continuing their life together in their own home.

Its hard to generalise as all carers are pleasant and friendly, looking after me well. But some have to be reminded if - To clear up in the kitchen if I have spilt something, to make sure the door to the big passage is closed at night as it is alarmed, to sort out its relevant sections in the cutlery

drawer.

Overall Experience

The team at guardian angels were superb, when my elderly father's health deteriorated quickly. He was admitted to hospital and it became apparent that he needed help at home. Initially we used the free NHS care, but this wasn't the bespoke care he required.
We contacted GA and were immediately amazed

by the genuine care, knowledge and empathy the manager and his team offered. Dad initially started with one carer twice a day. Over the coming weeks this increased to 4 visits a day and then a full time residential carer.
All the carers were fantastic. They genuinely cared and knew their role. Dad loved seeing them throughout the day, during this difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble.
I would recommend the team in a heart beat.

Guardian Angels provide an outstanding provision of care for our mother, who has Alzheimer's Dementia and is bedridden. Carers are professional, efficient, engage in friendly conversation and really do 'care'. They provide an excellent level of support for Mum by ensuring all needs are met (whatever

they might be). Guardian Angels are reliable, trustworthy and frequently go above and beyond expectations. Like us; they want the best for our Mum.
Administrative support is also excellent, responding promptly and efficiently with any queries we have.
Massive thank you to everyone, our mother (and family) simply couldn't manage without you. The carers really are 'angels', it's reassuring to know Mum is in your safe hands.

Right from the very beginning, the whole Guardian Angel team displayed a level of professionalism and warmth that made a real difference to the lives of our parents and to ours as a family. The carers demonstrated genuine kindness, patience and compassion often going above and beyond. The team were

extremely flexible with providing care when we needed it, even when circumstances changed at very short notice. It also gave us peace of mind knowing that someone was at the end of the phone for advice, support and being an advocate for our parents. Guardian Angel Carers have been helping with my housework for 7 months now. They do all the chores I find difficult - clean all floors and all the bathrooms and shower room and anything else I ask for with cheerfulness and efficiency. From my initial contact, reviews to the outcome of work I have been

treated with understanding, respect and kindness. Communication is good. If I have a question it is promptly answered and dealt with by management. If I would like work done differently (this is rare and only small details) it is accepted and carried out in a good-natured way. When I require personal care I know Guardian Angel will be the company to do it.

Overall Experience

Our mother was initially reluctant to have carers from outside the family but Guardian Angels came so highly recommended that we persuaded her to give having 2 visits a week, a try. It has been 100% successful! She really looks forward to meeting the carers that come and obviously enjoys chatting with

them as well as appreciating their care.
The whole team are extremely professional but kind and helpful too. Communication is excellent. We are extremely delighted and grateful to this organization.

From the beginning to the end, we had a very professional service. All the carers Mum had over the Christmas period were great and looked after her needs. Whilst only a temporary arrangement I am now looking to get my mum home permanently out of a care home and will be looking forward to using Guardian

Angels to care for her. The care at home mum experienced was 1000 times better than at the care home.

Overall Experience

My mother, aged 96, was using Guardian Angels for a few months for general help and companionship and was very impressed by them. They helped her remain in her own home without too much difficulty. She then became ill and was on End of Life care. The Guardian Angels team were brilliant and ensured that

mum was comfortable at all times and could remain in her own home until she died. She was visited twice a day and this increased to three times a day, by two carers each time. For the last few days a carer also stayed overnight which helped put my mind at ease. It also meant that when mum died she was not alone and this again is something that brings comfort to me. The whole team were very caring and sympathetic to mum's needs throughout the time spent with her and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.
