We are very pleased with the help we have received from Guardian Angels. They have all been nice, understandable and kind. They went above & beyond getting the right person to support my mother. Prompt reply to my emails and kept me in the loop at every stage.

They have been amazing, nothing is too much trouble, efficient, friendly and a real knack of seeing what was needed and when.
Mums care plan etc and care started in 2 days, it was exceptional.
They took the weight off my shoulders when we didn't know what to do or where to turn.
They even helped with
all form filling etc.
I will never be able to thank them enough.

We moved companies to Guardian Angels last year and have been so pleased with the compassionate and kindness shown to my father.
We do not live close and knowing there are carers who look after his needs with such consideration and in a friendly manner is a great comfort.
Would highly recommend.

Guardian Angels provide an excellent service. All the carers are efficient, caring, friendly and cheerful . It is such a load off my mind to have the household chores I find difficult taken care of. Nothing is too much trouble. This week my carer, usually punctual, was running late, and phoned me to
let me know. I really appreciate that, knowing there are times when others needs are important.
If I have a query management listen and deal with it.

The carers have been great at dealing with my shower procedures and getting me dressed and up into my wheelchair!
Office staff are really helpful regarding any changes to my care routine at short notice.

Great support from the Angels right from the start. Dad was admitted to hospital on five occasions in 2025 for infection based episodes and the Angels were often the initial source of reporting to the family of concerns with dad. They use their initiative to ensure that dad gets the best possible sign-posting,
whether that is a 111 call a 999 call or family member/ other health provider. The local team have been immense in demonstrating flexibility at short notice to provide additional care or specific needs. I have been very impressed. The on-line Family Portal provides reassurance to us as a family being able to access dad's notes which are very informative and descriptive. I have witnessed the carer's at work and I have been very impressed with their approach and communication with dad who turned 90yrs last year. I would strongly recommend the Angels to local families seeking a reliable and helpful caring service for loved ones.

My Mum is very happy with the overnight support that she receives from Care Angels. The staff have been friendly and helpful from our first meeting with Crystal through to now, making repeat bookings. Mum has bonded well with Susan and looks forward to her visits. The team are always responsive to our
requests and it is really useful to receive the care schedule me in advance to help Mum with her planning as she has memory loss. I would recommend Care Angels to family and friends.

I am very grateful and happy with the care that my dad receives from Guardian Angels. The carers that regularly and know Dad well at time show good understanding of his needs and his dementia and give excellent care and kindness. It is hard for the carers that don't come regularly and know dad well,
and also if the carer is new to the professional. The care given is still good, but sometimes the understanding of his dementia, and how helpful it is to talk to him doing his care is not always understood. We do miss some of the outstanding carers that we had got to know over Dad's time with Guardian Angels, that experience and knowledge of their professional is a very precious and valuable things. We thank all the lovely carers that come and give Dad excellent care and often go the extra mile for us both - Thank you!

The Guardian Angels care team are superb. They are trustworthy, kind and truly caring. Guardian Angels have enabled my Mum to have a better standard of living, both physically - cleanliness - and socially. I believe that they have made her feel like a they are visiting a friend. She feels relaxed and comfortable with her regular carer and is now much more sociable in general.
Mum was
very introverted prior to having the weekly visits. Keeping herself to herself and not allowing any visitors into her flat.
They have been consistent with care, easy to contact should any questions have arisen, friendly and approachable.


We are both very pleased with the standard of care she is receiving from the company as a whole.

Generally very good - and certainly made us aware of health issues etc. team were always very friendly with us when we visited. A couple of carers exceptionally good eg helped us when things got very tricky .
There were a couple of times we were disappointed with the way food was presented to mum
which did not help her reluctant eating . Early on we were perhaps disappointed that team did not help mum more with rehab eg exercises , getting her cooking and gardening ( we know that later it would not have been possible)
Sometimes a bit frustrated with some charges eg bank holiday rates!

While we respect the family's decision for her to move into residential care, we were proud to have supported her during that time and wish you all the very best for the future.

We starting using Guardian for some two years plus up to May 2024, having switched to them from another company who we found to be increasingly less user friendly. Guardian were always excellent to deal with, had good staff allocated to us, and were always contactable to change arrangements, and dealt
with all efficiently particularly towards the end of our using them when needs increased somewhat.

Guardian Angels provide daily support for my Dad. This support enables Dad to stay at home and lifts the load on us as a family. The team are caring, professional and irreplaceable. They provide peace of mind. No request is too difficult. My Dad loves the support and contact he receives from the team.

My parents have had care from the Stubbington Angels team for some years. They are very elderly - 90 and 95 years, and want to stay in their own home together for as long as possible.
The carers are excellent, punctual , efficient and cheerful. Their help and care has been invaluable, as I live abroad
and it's a great relief to me that I can rely on them.
They are in contact with me frequently, I do the online shopping for my parents and 'eyes in the house' helps me with the weekly order.
I have been able to request transport to the Doctors etc.. the system works perfectly.
Initially reluctant to accept help - they are both now enjoying the support and company.
They couldn't manage without them - this is definitely essential for continuing their life together in their own home.
