All of my life I've had to have Carers to support me through the good and bad times.This CARE AGENCY has been one of the best I've ever had, all of the staff are amazing and understands the importance of their work includes the clients feelings and their families as well. I would recommend them to anyone

Following a recommendation I recently approached Guardian Angels about care for my uncle. From the first visit we were treated professionally and with dignity. A bereavement and a fall necessitated more care which was arranged quickly. Carers have shown empathy to my uncle during this period of grieving.
What price can you put on this? I have found them proactive in dealing with issues that may arise from time to time such as contact with the doctor/pharmacy. All in all I have been very pleased with the support my uncle has received.

Excellent service to enable mum to carry on living safely at home. Reliable and caring service. The care calls ensure mum is out of bed safely in the morning and washed and dressed. Also, food is prepared at various times in the day and Mum is also put to bed in the evening.

I chose Guardian Angels as carers for my sister when she came out of hospital following a car crash. In addition to physical injuries, she has mental health issues. Guardian Angel did a thorough assessment of her needs, going into more detail than a competing firm. Once set up, they arrived promptly
on each occasion. After an emergency last spring, my sister had a further two months in hospital and then returned home. Guardian Angel's carer is friendly, remains professional and respects boundaries. They provided a wide range of care from housework and transport to medical appointments and assisting with computer and mobile phone use. I live on the South Coast and felt confident that my sister was being well supported. In the late summer, she returned to hospital and the carer is looking after the house, doing shopping and taking it to my sister in the hospital. I thoroughly recommend Guardian Angels.

We are delighted with the support and care Guardian Angel gives my aunt. They go above and beyond in everything they do. I can highly recommend them if you have a relative you want the only the best for. My aunt looks forward to the carers going in and tells me she likes all of the kind ladies.

As I am a new service user I have had quite a few carers during these past two weeks. I hope it will eventually settle down to three or four soon. Otherwise staff and provision have been very good. Everyone is friendly, caring and professional.

We have been so pleased with all of the carers that have been in to look after my mum. They have been friendly, cheerful, efficient, and reliable and also they care - to the point of calling if there is anything they notice of concern or need to query - I doubt many would go that far. We'd highly recommend
Guardian Angels and are delighted with the service that they are providing to us. When we went on holiday recently, it was comforting to know that they were there and could be relied upon to always turn up - and on time!

My wife has heart failure, a broken leg, and vascular dementia. I have used Guardian Angels service several times including an overnight stay and always found them to be very helpful and professional. I would certainly like to use their service in the future.

I usually have to arrange for a carer to come in to look after my husband if I have a late evening appointment. Arrangements for this kind of care have been made since last summer. We have been using Guardian Angel Carers to support my parents for some time now. Initially, we just had visiting carers who would help with personal care and the preparation of meals. More recently, my mum’s health has deteriorated, which meant we had to engage a live-in carer to support both my mum
and dad. We have been extremely impressed with the service we have received from Guardian Angel Care. The quality of care which my parents have received day and night has been outstanding. We can access online notes daily so we can keep up to date with how things are going. The Guardian Angel management team are always readily available should we need to contact them to adjust schedules for example. They too have been outstanding in providing additional support when it is needed. I cannot recommend Guardian Angel highly enough. A big ‘thank you’ to the business owner, manager and everyone in your team.

My mother's mobility, due to various factors, has deteriorated over the past few months, culminating in respite care being required. Ss such Mum went into a care home where we recognised the need for some at home care. Simply through the internet I found Guardian Angels and the CQC report was very impressive.
As such, I approached them and we have not looked back, the care commitment and professionalism are second to none and not only has Mum been able to cope in her own home, she has made some great friends with the carers. I personally cannot fault the care, communication and professionalism of this company and would not hesitate it recommending them to anyone. Most importantly, my mother is living in her own home and is in a very good place thanks to Guardian Angel Carers.

Very happy with the care Dad gets. The carers are doing exactly what we requested. They seem to genuinely care for Dad and enjoy caring for him.
Love reading the carer's notes! Astonished to read Dad told them (twice now) he went to Saint Tropez on a motorcycle with Mum on the back. The furthest dad
ever travelled on a bike was Barnsley!

My husband and I have been very pleased with the standard of care provided by the Guardian Angels carers. They are polite and respectful and nothing is too much trouble.
Whenever we have needed to change any care needs, staff have been very supportive and flexible.
