I chose Guardian Angel Carers because my partner and I are having a difficult time after I was hurt in an accident.
We immediately realised we had made a good choice.
The carers all give us exactly the kind of support we need to avoid one of us having to seek alternative accommodation.
They are
all friendly and helpful. They arrive on time and accept our requests for all kinds of personal and domestic assistance. They are energetic and they take their own initiative without necessarily having to be instructed.
They vacuum the rooms. They do the washing up. They enjoy cooking to our recipes or with suggestions of their ow,n.
Their companionship is important to us. They have a good understanding of our difficulties and are always willing to make our shared sessions great fun.

I can honestly say guardian Angels are the best care company I have had experience with. I have had experience with others and nothing beats them. The carers are amazing and always pleased to see my friend who they care for. She always says they are literally her Gaudian Angles. Nothing is ever to much
for them they go above and beyond. I just wish I knew about them when my mum was alive as the care is just exceptional. A big thank you to you all for your continuous support.

The carers at Guardian Angels are excellent and have been since day one! My mum was initially against having carers as she felt it would impact on her independence, but she has grown to really appreciate the team. GA have always been flexible and accommodating of any changes and requests. Since GA
have been checking in on mum every day it has taken a huge sense of pressure off us as a family as we know she is safe and it means she can stay in her own home. We are really satisfied and very appreciative of the genuine care they provide. Thank you.

GA carers have added a new dimension to mums every day life. While not completely dependent she enjoys them helping with tasks, going shopping and keeping her company.
She looks forward to there visits.

Guardian Angels have been wonderful in supporting my Mum. They provided additional visits following her recent stay in hospital and she is very pleased to have their help. The Care Angels are very kind, friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend them.

All of the Guardian Angels are excellent. You feel that they enjoy what they do and really care for the people they are looking after. More importantly it is not only me: my mother couldn't be more pleased with the help they give and has told me many times that choosing them to look after her was one
of the best things I have ever done. I cannot recommend them more highly.

The carers at guardian angels are wonderful, my grandmother feels at ease with them. They provide us with notes from each visit and call us immediately with any concerns or problems. As a family we could not recommend them anymore.

The family selected Guardian Angels initially as we liked the individual, family feel approach. Being a local, smaller company rather than a national one we felt would fit with us better. We were not wrong. We have been pleased and relieved to have found a company and carers that really do take that
extra bit of time getting to know mum and negotiating their way with her as mum thought she could carry on managing on her own. The carers always respect her wishes but do manage to help her with personal hygiene and keeping the house clean and tidy. Not an easy job but always done with respect and thoughtfulness. Thank you.

I am delighted to have Guardian Angels carers coming into our home to look after my husband. He has alzheimers and parkinsons. They get him up and showered and dressed for me. They are very patient and understanding of his needs. I can't praise them enough and I am very grateful for their help in a

All the team that visit and provide care, including the managers are so supportive and flexible. The client has deteriorated so quickly over the last 3 month from a mental health perspective and the service provided has been adapted to meet their needs with very little warning.
They provide frequent
updates and leave notes online so that as a family we can see how they has been.
They are friendly, polite and treat them with dignity and respect. They are true angels.

The Guardian Angels have given us a little bit of freedom back so that my husband, son and I can spend a few hours on a Saturday and have quality time together. We work full time and are full time carers for my mother in law who is 91 years old, so this time is so precious. All the Guardian Angels who
have supported us have been amazing with my mother in law and with us and it is lovely yo be able to relax and know she is happy, safe and well cared for. Thank you so much Guardian Angels, keep doing what you do.

At a time when my father needed support from a team of caring individuals, to help him return to some of the activities that had meaning for him when he was well and independent, the Guardian Care Angels stepped in and filled that void. They have been marvellous.

Extremely pleased with the service that Guardian Angels provid to my Aunt. As I live many miles away, it is a real piece of mind that any care need, both physical and wellbeing is considered, with the care provider going beyond the expected to make a difference to my Aunt's day. The ability to use the
app real enables the family to be able to keep in touch with what is happening in the day, which is a fantastic aid. The Care provider are all seem genuinely caring and very patient when circumstances can be difficult. Highly recommend Guardian Angels to anyone. Thank you.

It has been an absolute pleasure working with Guardian Angels to get the right care for my my mother who is suffering with Dementia. Guardian Angels have been very understanding and sympathetic to her needs. Providing high quality professional care in a difficult situation.
The team of Care Angels
are very punctual, polite, trustworthy and respectful, which gives both the family and the person being cared for the confidence they need.
My mother was having a difficult time coming to terms with needing care and having people she did not know come into her home. The Care Angels understood this and worked slowly with her to gain trust and friendship.
My mother would say, "I enjoy the Care Angels coming as we have a right laugh" This in its self is good medicine.
I would not hesitate recommending Guardian Angels to anyone who is in need of a little extra care and attention.

We were so fortunate that Guardian Angels were recommended to us. They supported my husband who has dementia whilst I was recovering from an operation. They are very reliable and friendly, taking time to understand my husband's needs, preferences and interests. They shared their news and interests too
and it was lovely to hear my husband laughing and chatting. Nothing was hurried or rushed. He always looked forward to seeing them. They always asked what else would help us and would hoover or load the washing machine if time permitted. As a family this was a difficult time for us but "The Angels" looked after all of us with great kindness. They truly understand caring.

My Aunt has been receiving care from Guardian Angels for almost 12 months. The care has been excellent going above and beyond to help on many occasions their team are kind very thoughtful and extremely thorough in everything they do. My Aunt was in hospital for a short stay recently and they helped
with visits and transport, being quite a distance away can make caring for my Aunt difficult but having Guardian Angels to care for her means she can stay in her own home safely and well cared for she is extremely fond of her carers and we as a family could not more happy with our choice of carers. I have lost count of the number of times they have made what could have been a very difficult and stressful situation so much easier. knowing they are calling on a regular basis has given myself and my Aunt peace of mind with their cheerful manner, thoughtfulness and showing kindness in so many ways.

Mum has had guardian angels for around 2 years start with short daily visits to visits to hospital and home numerous times a days In the last year mums health was not good but thanks to 6 members of staff in particular. to mention only a few where always there for mum with love. Care .and sometimes
just a chat really don't know how we would of copped without them all.
