I am very satisfied with the ease and simplicity of setting up my mother's care and the ability to provide additional services (organising medicine, medical material delivery, shopping assistance). The carers who visit my mother are all competant carers with varying styles and levels of empathy (I am a carer myself and fully understand the differences and character of carers which I explain to my mother). There is one carer in particular who my mother particularly appreciates and who goes a little bit further to ensure my mother has what she needs. I appreciate this very much and express my deepest appreciation of that person. You are also very easy to contact.

GA were able to set up a package quickly and efficiently when Mum left her respite home. They have also been very responsive to amendments requested. The team have been very kind and understanding with Mum and have scheduled her preferred carer as often as possible. There are a few schedule changes occasionally which annoys Mum a little, but nothing major and some carers go above and beyond to help out. Mum has certain routines that the regular carers have understood and 'go with'.

We would certainly recommend Guardian Angels to anyone looking for compassionate and dependable care.

It's a hard step to take introducing strangers into a family members life, but the continuity that GA have been able to provide as regards individual carers means they are no longer strangers to him and more friends.

Guardian Angels have been absolutely amazing for my Mum, and I cannot praise them enough. My Mum has taken a lot of convincing to have carers come in - she's been fiercely independent, but has started to struggle. As soon as the service started with the lovely carers from Guardian Angels, she has embraced it, and it's easy to see why -they are kind, caring and go above and beyond. The notes we get after every visit are really nice to have as well - we worry about Mum on a daily basis, and to know that someone has had a little chat with her as well as taking care of the day to day things she needs is so good to hear. They are always kind and responsive to us as well when we need to organise extra help.

The team at Guardian Angels have been so kind and helpful to Mum. They have gone above and beyond anything we could have asked for. Having been let down by the in-house care team at Mums extra care housing they have filled care gaps at short notice and, when her extra care provider were prepared to leave mum alone on the floor for five hours waiting for an ambulance Guardian Angels dropped everything and a manager coming off shift went and sat with Mum because we couldn't get there. They have quite simply been amazing. All of the carers are kind and helpful. Highly Recommended.

I feel confident knowing that she is in very capable hands and if she were to have a fall or become overwhelmed by any situation the member of staff would deal with it in a calm manner.

It has taken a lot of worry and pressure off the family as both parents are in their 90s and value their independence.

I contacted Guardian Angels to provide urgent end-of-life care for my mother. Ieuan at G.A. was very kind and responded immediately, visiting her in hospital to assess her needs, visiting her home to assess suitability and sourcing a live-in carer, who started within two working days. They were extremely helpful in liaising with the hospital about the practicalities, which made an enormous difference to me at what was a difficult and stressful time. All in all I am very grateful for their help.
