Guardian Angels have been caring for my Dad who has dementia for several months now. They have been amazing. All the carers are so kind and caring and also always check in and speak with my mum too. They have been very accommodating in changing the times if needed and you can always contact them.
I know we could not manage without their care and support. It is so lovely that I know my dad is being so well cared for and also supporting my mum too.

I highly recommend them.

Guardian Angels have been providing care for my elderly mother for the past 2+ years.  They are a valuable part of her life and with their support enable her to remain comfortable and safe in her own home. I have found all the team to be professional, caring and supportive and my mother speaks very highly of the carers that visit.  The office team are always quick to respond and very willing to help, particularly when asked to make a change to the schedule or provide extra visits at short notice, which is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Reply from Kayleigh Gilbert, Branch Manager at Guardian Angel Carers - Worthing

My mum has been back home for only a couple of weeks but is happy to be home and being cared for by Guardian Angels carers. She says that they are all nice, and some are lovely!
We used them for several months previously and I have found the office in Worthing to be great to deal with. They are reliable and easy to get hold of, and really helpful with practical suggestions and feedback to make my mum, (who is 105 years old) able to live at home safely and as independently as possible.
They are happy to organise shopping, medical intervention if needed, in fact anything to help. I live a long way away and I am very pleased to have the agency keeping a close eye on all aspects of mums health and wellbeing.

I am able to follow the carers visits and read any notes, in real time, using the web portal that they offer clients relatives. I value this service as it helps me keep a watch out for how mum is getting on,its very reassuring.

I can't praise Guardian Angel Carers highly enough. Over the last 4 years they have provided an excellent level of care to both of my parents and then just to my mum, following my dad passing away. The quality of care provided, has enabled mum to remain at home for longer and provided her with comfort and kindness when she needed it most. Their responsiveness and flexibility has given us peace of mind, as we know they are just a call away if additional help was needed. The office team is easily accessible and always helpful and supportive, whether it be re-arranging care schedules or providing extra help at short-notice. Guardian Angels has gone above and beyond in supporting mum and dad and I can't thank them enough.

I needed to arrange in-home care for my mother after my father had passed. It was a difficult time for the family, and exploring the various options was quite daunting. We wanted to make sure my mother had the best care and support for her at home. I spoke with the lady from Guardian Angels, when she called me over the weekend and we chatted for some time, which was incredibly reassuring and comforting.
She came out to see my mother early the next week and assess my mother's needs carefully and considerately.
We arranged carers three times a day for my mother, to ensure she was supported to shower, take her medication and eating well, when the family couldn't be there to support her.
All the carers were kind, supportive and did a brilliant job.

I can't thank them and Guardian Angels enough for their support and guidance through a traumatic time for my mother and the family.

My mother has ongoing mobility issues and was diagnosed with mixed dementia in 2020. We used the services of GA for 2 years. The care mum had was so supportive of her condition and needs. The staff were extremely caring, professional and helpful to mum. I was able to liase with the office team or chat to the ladies when they were at mums home if I had any worries or concerns. As mums condition got worse a hospital bed was bought into mums home. The agency adapted to mums care needs and went above and beyond for mums final 2 months. Mum was able to stay at home with the carers looking after all her basic needs with so much love, care and attention which was so much appreciated by myself and the rest of the family. Mum was able pass away at home as she had wanted to. We were so lucky to have found such a wonderful caring agency to support us through this very difficult period with mum.

We have used Guardian Angels since May 2023 for my mum, who had an ischemic stroke in January 2023 which left her with right-side paralysis and aphasia.
The carers have been a vital part of Mum's rehabilitation. When the carers attend, they have always treated her with the utmost respect and dignity.

Always arriving full of friendly smiles, chatting with Mum about the day and the sound of laughter ringing through the flat. Mum and Dad love to look forward to their arrival. If ever I had to contact the office, (even out of hours) the staff are always friendly and extremely supportive.

Thank you so much for these lovely words, the team will be so happy to read this and know what a difference they make to your mum, it really does make us smile to know we have been able to support our clients to be in their own home and remain independent. I know they think the world of your mum and dad so this means a lot to us. Thank you, Tracy

I've been a client with Guardian Angels for a few years now, and I can honestly say I'm extremely happy with the care that I have received.
I've had a few emergencies over the last year when my husband was rushed to hospital and I've needed extra support. Guardian Angels really stepped up and I received the extra care straight away.

All of the carers offer a high level of care and can't do enough for you. Definitely recommend and I can't thank them enough.

Genuinely caring and friendly.
They are gentle when persuasion is needed and find alternative ways around resistance to some essential tasks.
All duties done diligently but with common sense, the notes are completed well which keeps me up to date - that gives me peace of mind that all is well.
Office staff also really helpful and friendly even out of hours.

I hope that if I ever need care and assistance that I get similar standards where I live.
