Guardian Angel Carers - Fareham and Gosport

The help that I require from the Guardian Angels team is to help me to remain socially active. I am housebound without assistance and transport which can carry my walking aid.

On this occasion, a 5 hour period, we visited a friend, did some shopping and went into a café for a snack. It was a very enjoyable afternoon.

Lovely carers, always doing exactly what i need. If i need any changes to my schedule or care plan, it's always easily done by the staff in the office. I'm kept updated regarding any changes to carers.

I cannot thank Guardian Angels Care enough for the wonderful care and support they provided to my dad (Ken). The carers always treated him with kindness, dignity, and genuine compassion, and it was clear that they truly cared about his wellbeing.

My dad really looked forward to their visits and enjoyed spending time with the team. They always took the time to chat with him, make him feel comfortable, and ensure all his needs were met with great care and attention.

Mum is really happy with the overnight companionship care and day visits that she receives. It gives both her and us peace of mind that she is looked after and safe while we are away. The carers are friendly and accommodating to keep Mum's routine the same each day. We would recommend the service to family and friends.

Great support from the Angels right from the start. Dad was admitted to hospital on five occasions in 2025 for infection based episodes and the Angels were often the initial source of reporting to the family of concerns with dad. They use their initiative to ensure that dad gets the best possible sign-posting, whether that is a 111 call a 999 call or family member/ other health provider. The local team have been immense in demonstrating flexibility at short notice to provide additional care or specific needs. I have been very impressed. The on-line Family Portal provides reassurance to us as a family being able to access dad's notes which are very informative and descriptive. I have witnessed the carer's at work and I have been very impressed with their approach and communication with dad who turned 90yrs last year. I would strongly recommend the Angels to local families seeking a reliable and helpful caring service for loved ones.

They have been consistent with care, easy to contact should any questions have arisen, friendly and approachable.

Guardian Angels provide daily support for my Dad. This support enables Dad to stay at home and lifts the load on us as a family. The team are caring, professional and irreplaceable. They provide peace of mind. No request is too difficult. My Dad loves the support and contact he receives from the team. Thank you for what you do from Dad and all the family.

My mother, aged 96, was using Guardian Angels for a few months for general help and companionship and was very impressed by them. They helped her remain in her own home without too much difficulty. She then became ill and was on End of Life care. The Guardian Angels team were brilliant and ensured that mum was comfortable at all times and could remain in her own home until she died. She was visited twice a day and this increased to three times a day, by two carers each time. For the last few days a carer also stayed overnight which helped put my mind at ease. It also meant that when mum died she was not alone and this again is something that brings comfort to me. The whole team were very caring and sympathetic to mum's needs throughout the time spent with her and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

Their thoughts and compassion were very comforting and there is an open invitation to pop into the office for a chat and coffee. I give them my heartfelt thanks and gratitude for everything they did. Thank you.

I used Guardian Angels to provide carers for both my parents from August to October 2024. 2 people 3 x daily for my mother receiving end-of-life care and one carer twice a day for my disabled father. All of the carers were absolutely wonderful, each bringing something different, some singing, some with stories, discussions about TV soaps but all very professional and caring. I found all of the management staff very easy to work with, empathic and responsive.

Very, very grateful to have connected with Guardian Angels. My mother started using them to clean her home each week. Trust was very important to her plus a high standard of work and never letting her down. Guardian Angels ticked all the boxes. They were also extremely flexible when Mum was very ill and couldn't look after herself. They very quickly put in place a schedule to check on her offering food and drink morning, lunch and tea time. Dealing with a parent who is dying is not easy but Guardian Angel were compassionate, caring and carried out their duties with humour something my mum really appreciated.
