My parents have had care from the Stubbington Angels team for some years. They are very elderly - 90 and 95 years, and want to stay in their own home together for as long as possible.
The carers are excellent, punctual , efficient and cheerful. Their help and care has been invaluable, as I live abroad
and it's a great relief to me that I can rely on them.
They are in contact with me frequently, I do the online shopping for my parents and 'eyes in the house' helps me with the weekly order.
I have been able to request transport to the Doctors etc.. the system works perfectly.
Initially reluctant to accept help - they are both now enjoying the support and company.
They couldn't manage without them - this is definitely essential for continuing their life together in their own home.

Guardian Angel Carers have been helping with my housework for 7 months now. They do all the chores I find difficult - clean all floors and all the bathrooms and shower room and anything else I ask for with cheerfulness and efficiency. From my initial contact, reviews to the outcome of work I have been
treated with understanding, respect and kindness. Communication is good. If I have a question it is promptly answered and dealt with by management. If I would like work done differently (this is rare and only small details) it is accepted and carried out in a good-natured way. When I require personal care I know Guardian Angel will be the company to do it.

Our mother was initially reluctant to have carers from outside the family but Guardian Angels came so highly recommended that we persuaded her to give having 2 visits a week, a try. It has been 100% successful! She really looks forward to meeting the carers that come and obviously enjoys chatting with
them as well as appreciating their care.
The whole team are extremely professional but kind and helpful too. Communication is excellent. We are extremely delighted and grateful to this organization.

My mother, aged 96, was using Guardian Angels for a few months for general help and companionship and was very impressed by them. They helped her remain in her own home without too much difficulty. She then became ill and was on End of Life care. The Guardian Angels team were brilliant and ensured that
mum was comfortable at all times and could remain in her own home until she died. She was visited twice a day and this increased to three times a day, by two carers each time. For the last few days a carer also stayed overnight which helped put my mind at ease. It also meant that when mum died she was not alone and this again is something that brings comfort to me. The whole team were very caring and sympathetic to mum's needs throughout the time spent with her and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.

Carers initially came to my mother to help around the house and to provide support and company, which she appreciated and enjoyed. During the last few months, her health deteriorated and her needs became more demanding. September and October palliative and end-of-life care was required. The carers who
came to see her were very caring, sympathetic, professional and supportive, both of her and the family. They put themselves out to help, making her last few weeks as comfortable as possible. Anything the family requested was acted upon immediately, ending with all night care plus visits during the day, supporting the family during this stressful time. I cannot put into words how grateful I am for their continued support, before, during and after her death. We, as a family, could not have coped without them. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent professional care, either for themselves or for a family member. I have no hesitation in saying 'they are brilliant'.
I would like to add how we, as a family, are very grateful for the support we were given before and after my mother's death. They were constantly aware of the situation, did anything we asked for and more.
They waited with us while legal formalities were completed.
Their thoughts and compassion were very comforting and there is an open invitation to pop into the office for a chat and coffee. I give them my heartfelt thanks and gratitude for everything they did. Thank you.

I used Guardian Angels to provide carers for both my parents from August to October 2024. 2 people 3 x daily for my mother receiving end-of-life care and one carer twice a day for my disabled father. All of the carers were absolutely wonderful, each bringing something different, some singing, some with

Very, very grateful to have connected with Guardian Angels. My mother started using them to clean her home each week. Trust was very important to her plus a high standard of work and never letting her down. Guardian Angels ticked all the boxes. They were also extremely flexible when Mum was very ill
and couldn't look after herself. They very quickly put in place a schedule to check on her offering food and drink morning, lunch and tea time. Dealing with a parent who is dying is not easy but Guardian Angel were compassionate, caring and carried out their duties with humour something my mum really appreciated. Guardian Angels have been wonderful with my 92-year-old father. He struggles in the mornings with washing, dressing and breakfast. They are always punctual and friendly and my dad enjoys seeing them. Managers have been very helpful as well after my dad had a short spell in hospital recently.

I would thoroughly recommend Guardian Angels. Recently my mother who is 88 had a nasty fall. As I live 2 hours away and my mum has always been an independent lady who wished to remain in her own home we found ourselves in a difficult situation. I spoke with the care coordinator at Guardian Angels Stubbington
