Guardian Angels have been wonderful with my 92-year-old father. He struggles in the mornings with washing, dressing and breakfast. They are always punctual and friendly and my dad enjoys seeing them. Managers have been very helpful as well after my dad had a short spell in hospital recently.

Since extensive surgery for ovarian cancer in August 2023, Guardian Angel Carers have been very supportive, helping me through chemo and household chores. Everyone has been cheerful, willing, kind and competent. I would thoroughly recommend Guardian Angels. Recently my mother who is 88 had a nasty fall. As I live 2 hours away and my mum has always been an independent lady who wished to remain in her own home we found ourselves in a difficult situation. I spoke with the care coordinator at Guardian Angels Stubbington who quite literally came to the rescue. Mum has a lovely team of carers who are friendly, kind and most importantly reliable. I am kept up to date. Thank you Branch Manager, Care Coordinator and team.

Mum receives excellent care from all at Guardian Angels. They are very caring and patient as Mum can be difficult at times. The support from Guardian Angels allows Mum to continue to live at home and maintains her independence. In January Mum had a fall at home. Guardian attended very quickly and kept Mum comfortable until the ambulance arrived. We were very grateful for their prompt and very appropriate actions. Guardian keep us up to date with any issues and are completely reliable. Guardian are very flexible and have assisted in providing additional care when needed, even at short notice. We trust them totally and rely on them completely.

Lovely staff. Really keep an eye on Mum and report anything back to me that I need to be aware of. Mum likes them too, which helps enormously. The office is very responsive as well, and most helpful, even if I need to leave a message.
On the occasions that I have had to call the office, my queries have always been dealt with quickly and professionally.

They are always punctual, and communication is excellent if ever there is a problem with sickness cover, etc.
I like the fact that overall, the same carer cones each time, which has really helped Mum as she now looks forward to a Thursday and tells me all about the named carer, who she is very fond of.
Also, she goes above and beyond to help alleviate stress currently as my stepdad at the home is terminally ill and can’t do chores etc, so nothing is ever too much trouble.
The carers really care and go out of their way to befriend my mum and spend time with her, which is wonderful when she has dementia. Just spending time talking to her when she is down or sitting and doing her puzzle with her when they have a spare 5 minutes makes all the difference.
The office staff continually send her a rota of regular carers so she has familiarity and continuity.
Computerised notes enable me to see what has happened at each visit, which is fabulous for monitoring any health or welfare issues Mum may have.
I have peace of mind knowing that Mum has a group of carers who really go the extra mile to care for her and keep her safe. I highly recommend this agency.

I have found the Guardian Angel Carers to be friendly, reliable, competent and sensitive in helping my mother to wash, and also cooking for her when I've been away. My mother has also found them to be very helpful, and after a week away she is happy.

I have found the carers all to be very good but one (for me) has stood out. This particular lady also helps me if she has the time - she puts out the bin and has washed up and makes my husband a cup of tea. On top of that, she is a happy little soul and makes my day.

Before joining Guardian Angel Carers, she served as Deputy Manager at Bluebird Care, where she was instrumental in supporting operational management and achieving full CQC compliance. Before this, she held the position of Senior Carer at Amberly Care, where she led and supported community-based care teams.
Natasha’s earlier experience includes delivering domiciliary care as a Carer at Bluebird Care Winchester and working in a secure unit as a Support Worker with Chessel Support Services.
Her extensive and diverse background underlines a steadfast commitment to high-quality, person-centred care. She is known for leading teams with compassion, integrity, and professionalism.
Jo is the Coordinator at GAC Fareham, so she makes sure all scheduling is tailored to the needs of the clients while maintaining a good driving round for the carers. She sends rotas to clients and does their first client reviews, making sure their care plans are tweaked to be even more person-centred.
