Care staff are always polite & friendly. We feel supported by management staff in the office & are able to share with them concerns & changes for my parents, especially during this difficult time of hosp treatment for my father. Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances visit times may be late & we really appreciate that staff call ahead to infirm of this. The quality of care received is important & really appreciated.

Holistic Care 4U (Cumbria) have cared for my elderly parents for 10 months now, starting with 3 visits a day and progressing to 24hour live-in care as needs have changed. They are a team of patient and kind carers who genuinely care about my parents wellbeing. I live over 300 miles away so to know they are there has helped me enormously. I can read daily reports and we also have a social media group so we can share concerns and info at short notice. My parents both have dementia and mobility issues which the carers are patient with and capable of the moving and handling skills needed. When I visit, my Mum always looks lovely, her hair nicely done and her clothes smart, all of which is dependent on the carers. The house is kept clean, the laundry done, good food prepared daily, and I am sent a shopping list weekly so I can order a supermarket delivery. I cannot fault them.

Staff are always competent, kind and hard working. They never rush my dad and always respond to his needs promptly. They care deeply about him and enjoy his company. He looks forward to them arriving each day. Changes to his care needs are responded to quickly and effectively. Management is caring and considerate. Overall a great service.

My mother always has nothing but the best care from Holistic Care 4U. They are a lovely team who give my mother care and companionship which has greatly improved her wellbeing and quality of life. I would unreservedly recommend Holistic Care4U to anyone. They are brilliant

My mother is being looked after by the Thirsk branch. I have a lot of contact with the team leader. She is excellent. She listens to my requests and concerns over my mothers health and care, and acts on them immediately with professionalism and kindness. So my score is based on her support as I have not met many carers in her team. Having said that, of the carers I have met, I can confirm that they are very kind and good at their job. They have on occasion picked up on health issues and reported back which is a great help.

My life has changed since Holistic Care 4U started looking after my mum. I can relax knowing she is being cared for. If I have any issues the team leader has been so responsive, addressing concerns almost immediately, and always takes the time to follow up to ensure concerns have been rectified. She is in regular contact.

Holistic Care 4u have been fantastic with my mum. All the carers have been patient and caring and my mum looks forward to their visits. They always keep us informed if there are any concerns about my mum. They do all the practical stuff my mum needs but with kindness and compassion too.

Holistic Care 4U have looked after my Mum for several months. They are a dedicated team of professional people who work with my Mum in her own home in order to try and maintain a level of independence. They always treat Mum with respect, a great deal of kindness and patience, despite the dementia challenges.

Holistic Care 4U looked after Mum during most of 2024. They are a fantastic team of dedicated people that worked with us to enable Mum to stay in her own home for as long as possible. They always treated Mum with respect, a great deal of kindness and took good care of her needs. She always looked forward to their visits. The Manager and the office staff were also extremely helpful and made any changes easier to deal with. Following an accident Mum has now moved into a care home and we wish we could send the Manager and his team into the home with her. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Holistic Care 4U team again to take care of a loved one at home and would certainly use their services in the future should the need arise.
