SureCare's staff and support workers are very respectful, helpful, professional, caring, and reliable. The support workers are always on time, they follow all the government guidelines during this difficult time. My son is very challenging and he's in constant motion, still, the support workers are
very patient with him and they all try to entertain him at home since we can't go out due to the lockdown.

My son would like to state that his carer has been a real help and that he would prefer him as his main carer. He will only work with him because of their close connection, as he is a very good worker and is on time.
