My mum received a self funded package of care from Best Care JS Limited. From the beginning, we were really happy with the quality of care provided by the carers. They were kind, helpful, respectful, flexible, encouraging. My mum had regular carers who adapted well to my mum's changing and
increasing needs including providing additional hours of care at short notice. There was great communication with the owner/manager who would also offer advice on health and social care issues. Any concerns were fed back to the family and any questions we had were addressed promptly. I wholeheartedly recommend Best Care JS Limited as a provider for you or your loved ones.
