View Full Details of Royal Care DoverWe have only used royal care for 5 weeks and as you can imagine it is a difficult decision to make. My dad is 95 with dementia and very vulnerable. He has two main carers and sometimes another 3 visit. All the carers treat dad with respect, they are kind to him and they talk to him all the time. Thank you so much.
Really happy with all the care provided for my mum. The carers are caring and compassionate, even when mum is being very difficult! They do their best to make her comfortable. If possible please could they hoist her into her wheelchair if she wants to sit in her garden room and look at the garden- there should be some notes around moving and hoisting her. Thank you
We have three carers that come to my mother in law we will only have these 3 carers as mother in law knows them and it brightens up her day when she sees either of these. The reason why I only have the 3 girls named above is that they come in to our home they know the routine and that's what I like you don't have explain qto them like I've had to in the past. Our main carer comes and some days with mother in law who has dementia needs a medal as she can be difficult lol. Also person to talk to in the office i ever try to deal with is very good
The care my mother receives is outstanding. She is incredibly happy with the care and support and this is very reassuring to myself and family. My mother speaks very highly of the staff and my family know that she is in very safe hands. I have met a number of the staff and they are all so lovely and friendly. They go out of their way to make sure my mum has everything she needs and do this with respect and dignity. My mother's health and general wellbeing has improved immensely and that is down to the care she receives. I for one can not praise the staff enough and I am so grateful for all their hard work. Before Royal Care came into her life, my family and I were constantly worried about her falling or not eating properly, but we no longer worry. We can now sleep at night knowing that she is safe. I want to thank each and every member of staff who have made a difference in my mother's life. You are all amazing. Kind regards.
Royal care Dover have been a joy to work with, having carers in 4 times a day we thought would be tough but just the opposite, so kind considerate and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We look forward to seeing them and feel Dad is in very good hands. Thank you Royal Care we can't do this without you :))
At present time I have only met Field Supervisor . I have not met any of Mums care staff yet. I read daily notes of Mums care. Royal Care respond quickly to queries/ requests etc. They are easy to contact. Care staff are developing good relationships with Mum and I look forward to meeting them in August when I visit.
We have had Royal care for the last 2 years plus looking after my Mother in law we have found the carers to be very polite , respectful , and very caring towards my mother in law . If any problems arise someone always contacts us ASAP to let us know . The managers have done spot checks to make sure all care is being given .if we have ask for something else to be done to help with my mother in laws care they always do their best to support us I have no complaints about the care or the company with out them my mother in law would have to go in a home which I feel she is better off in her own home we cannot thank Royal care enough for all the hard work and support given to her care
ROYAL CARE are amazing. The staff from the administration dept to the Carer/carers are all absolutey superb. They are all so kind, courteous and very very patient.Nothing is ever too much trouble for ROYAL CARE and is for any reason one has a problem/query they will sort it immediately for you without question and they really put your mind at ease. The kindness ROYAL CARE offer is second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
The company provides Great service, lovely carers, they work well and are caring towards client support with washing dressing breakfast and drinks also make bed empty commode and chat to client. We are very happy so far
I was very nervous to know there would be a care package put in place for my mother when released from hospital after 6 months. All I can say is that I could not have wished for anything better than the team that have been provided. Both women and men carers have been amazing in my eyes and are doing this work from their heart. Excellent care and would highly recommend.
Mums in end of life care, on the first day they left deep nail imprints in my mums leg which was found and reported by the NHS care team who came 3 hours later and spotted it. The marks were still prominent then so it must have hurt her.
Royal Care was excellent in caring for my dad at the end of life. If they were late they'd call. All staff were caring and gentle. They were even there when my dad passed, they were compassionate and kind. Thank you Royal Care so much. I'd like to thank individuals but there were many that came. All were great. We are forever grateful.
I simply cannot speak highly enough of the care that my partner - and, indeed, I - received in the days before he recently died at home from cancer. We had four visits a day from two staff and every single one of the staff, including the managers, who came to us showed empathy, skill, knowledge and expertise beyond anything that we could have expected or wished for. The whole experience was astonishing from beginning to its sad end. I can only say thank you to all those wonderful people who helped so much; and I feel that this is an inadequate response.
When my husband was sent home from hospital on NHS Continuing Care I was very concerned as to how I would manage with two carers coming in four times a day and how good the service would be. I need not have worried. First, we had a visit from the manager, and one of the carers. They explained everything to me and totally put my mind at rest. I knew then that we were in good hands. The carers couldn't have been better. They genuinely did care - not only for my husband but for me as well. I couldn't have wished for a better level of care and support right up to his death. I have no hesitation in recommending Royal Care very highly indeed.
My mother in law was cared for at home by a bank of Royal Care carers in the last few days of her life. Every carer who came to attend to my mother in law was just brilliant, so helpful, kind, considerate, tender and punctual. They made sure my mother in law was comfortable and retained her dignity throughout the last days of her life, right until her last breath. They also ensured that the family were kept appraised as to what was happening and why and we all thank them for their kindness when we needed it most.
Royal Care provides a decent service, the care staff tend to be very friendly and helpful in assisting my required care needs. The management is good, they phone fairly frequently to ensure my needs and requirements are being met. Overall, Royal Care is a very good care provider.
These kind carers touched my heart with their compassion in my situation. The comforting smile and laughter, there's no price for these moments, which I will remember always. I commend them all. Bless you and thank you.
We can't thank the girls enough for their care, love and compassion in all aspects of dad's care! He always looked forward to their twice daily visits and they in turn spent time listening to and laughing with dad! The girls always had time for him and us as a family and nothing was too much trouble.
The carers were very good. Only had for a short time. Very polite and caring. Punctual.
Your carers were kind and compassionate when dealing not only with the patient (my mum) but also when dealing with my dad. They helped my mum retain her dignity until the end being kind and gentle.
