Always cheerful and as punctual as possible considering the journey she has to take, respectful very good and dedicated to her job. Always wears the appropriate PPE and very organised and professional at all times.

I have received a First class service from the nurses. They are always punctual, friendly and reassuring. They are efficient and professional, always having the correct equipment . They are always cheerful and very organised and I feel that I am in the best hands possible !

I have had David come to my home to do bloods for several months now sometimes three times a week. He is very friendly, and always puts me at ease. He manages appointments around my time constraints and is always amenable. The home service is a Godsend.

The Manager of Rumax is very approachable, very efficient & has dealt with everything brilliantly enabling great care to be given to our Mum. The girls providing the care were also very friendly, efficient & caring.

I am having weekly blood tests for the next few months and so far everything has been fine. I am always informed the day and time of the test in advance and given an expected time of arrival on the day itself. The process is always quick and efficient and there have been no problems so far.

It has been convenient and reassuring to receive homecare visits. This has given me peace of mind, knowing that I am monitored regularly without the need for hospital visits. The visits to my home are always planned in advance which helps with busy family schedules. I appreciate the seamless continuity of the service.

Peggy has been outstanding with her work towards my father. She has addressed his concerns, needs and kept continuous contact with me in regards to my fathers needs. She has been helpful, caring and professional with her role working with the community.

Very efficient service. The carers and managers always comunicate with us about any aspect of mum's care. They show genuine care and concern about mums health. Very good care company, highly recommend.

We have have the pleasure of being visited 3 times. This has been in relation to a clinical trial and has saved us so much stress with time and travel to a hospital which is a 6 hour round trip. Communications have been excellent throughout. The care and compassion has been first class. We could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much.

Excellent professionalism, punctuality and service. The same service provider visited 3 times over 2 months, established excellent rapport which helped build trust and relax our child for procedures. Being able to be visited at home is so valuable, thank you

The nurse who helped my daughter was very professional. Was friendly and kind. He was on time after arranging best times with us and was very flexible to suit our needs. No concerns and very happy with the service.

This is an excellent service and very efficient. The two nurses are very friendly and accommodating. They have a long way to come but are always punctual. It is a pleasure to receive them in my home every week.

RUMAX was caring for my husband for two and a half years. Sadly he has passed away now, but the care he got from this company was excellent. I can't praise the carers enough, always very patient with him, always had a smile on their faces, nothing was too much trouble for them. Office staff were very easy to reach if you needed them, would recommend.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and caring. They treated her with love, kindness and respect. We had reviews to ensure my mother-in-law's needs were being met and increased care as needed. We couldn't have cared for my mother-in-law at home without them, they were a great help and a credit to the company.

Very caring staff, always nice, cheerful and kind. They make my life workable, they are very hard-working, and charming girls. I do find the billing system confusing (nightmare) and difficult to work, on what has paid for and when. The bills seem to be weeks behind.

All carers have a pleasant manner. They treat Mum with respect and dignity. Managers are very cooperative and very helpful. Nothing it too much trouble and Mum looks forward to her visits.

Starting with the management side at Rumax Ltd, I have never had such excellent contact or management services. They answer all queries speedily and efficiently and are my favourite carers to date, I wouldn't want anyone else. With regards to the actual carers, they are the kindest, nicest, efficient carers yet. Always on time with a smith and pleasant nature. Mum and I love them all.
