We have have the pleasure of being visited 3 times.
This has been in relation to a clinical trial and has saved us so much stress with time and travel to a hospital which is a 6 hour round trip.
Communications have been excellent throughout.

They have a long way to come but are always punctual.

RUMAX was caring for my husband for two and a half years. Sadly he has passed away now, but the care he got from this company was excellent. I can't praise the carers enough, always very patient with him, always had a smile on their faces, nothing was too much trouble for them. Office staff were very

They treated her with love, kindness and respect.

Very caring staff, always nice, cheerful and kind. They make my life workable, they are very hard-working, and charming girls.
I do find the billing system confusing (nightmare) and difficult to work, on what has paid for and when. The bills seem to be weeks behind.

Starting with the management side at Rumax Ltd, I have never had such excellent contact or management services. They answer all queries speedily and efficiently and are my favourite carers to date, I wouldn't want anyone else. With regards to the actual carers, they are the kindest, nicest, efficient
carers yet. Always on time with a smith and pleasant nature. Mum and I love them all.

I have received an excellent standard of care to date, and the professionalism has been outstanding. I am visited regularly for blood tests, as a participant in a drug trial, and I have never had a poor experience. The member of staff is always polite, approachable, and takes time to explain processes
and procedures. They always make me feel valued and it is a pleasure to welcome them at each visit.

I did not know what to expect as I had never had care or treatment at home. After 4 hospital visits, I was contacted to tell me that the next visit would be at home.
I was amazed at the kindness, efficiency, and professionalism of the care I received. The nurse was obviously highly skilled, not only
in the execution of the medical care but especially wonderful were her people skills, putting my mind at rest and being so friendly and caring.

You will easily gauge my views on the care provided to me, as seen in the ticked boxes below. The young people tending to my needs, are clear thinking, of some experience (I mean considerable). Good training shows, from body language one can tell the carer's own feelings about their profession. This

I have been using Rumax for a few months now and I have to say the service they provide has been excellent. Every company gives approximate times for their visit the difference is with Rumax they actually stick to the times within 15 minutes. On the rare occasion when they were going to be a little
late they phoned and said they would be 10mins and actually were! Their time management is amazing and really helpful. All the carers without exception have been fantastic, really helpful, kind and considerate. I feel relieved that my dad is in such good hands. Also having a few regular people means my dad gets to know them and feels comfortable. A bonus as he has dementia and can get stressed. Whenever I've phoned the office there is always someone available and they too are helpful lovely ladies. I cannot thank all the staff at Rumax enough without a doubt the best care company I have ever dealt with and I have tried many over the years. Thank you Rumax.

A particular member of staff has been fantastic. She has been very flexible in terms of late notice of appointment time changes. Her communication has been excellent too. Confirming and rescheduling where needed. I would thoroughly recommend it.
