Our home nurse has been first class. He is punctual, professional, respectful and caring towards our son and the rest of our family. The whole experience has been very positive. I am grateful for this service and highly recommend our home nurse to anyone.

Service was fantastic very attentive explained everything they were doing. Courteous and polite made me feel at ease. Arrived on time when they said they would arrive. Would recommend company they went above and beyond.

It is a pleasure to receive them in my home every week.

RUMAX was caring for my husband for two and a half years. Sadly he has passed away now, but the care he got from this company was excellent. I can't praise the carers enough, always very patient with him, always had a smile on their faces, nothing was too much trouble for them. Office staff were very easy to reach if you needed them, would recommend.

We couldn't have cared for my mother-in-law at home without them, they were a great help and a credit to the company.

I do find the billing system confusing (nightmare) and difficult to work, on what has paid for and when. The bills seem to be weeks behind.

All carers have a pleasant manner. They treat Mum with respect and dignity. Managers are very cooperative and very helpful. Nothing it too much trouble and Mum looks forward to her visits.

Starting with the management side at Rumax Ltd, I have never had such excellent contact or management services. They answer all queries speedily and efficiently and are my favourite carers to date, I wouldn't want anyone else. With regards to the actual carers, they are the kindest, nicest, efficient carers yet. Always on time with a smith and pleasant nature. Mum and I love them all.

I have received an excellent standard of care to date, and the professionalism has been outstanding. I am visited regularly for blood tests, as a participant in a drug trial, and I have never had a poor experience. The member of staff is always polite, approachable, and takes time to explain processes and procedures. They always make me feel valued and it is a pleasure to welcome them at each visit.

We have been more than happy with the care that my husband has received over the past two years of care from RUMAX. We have no complaints and the carers have always been professional and friendly in many ways. Without this care, I would not be able to manage my husband and he is so happy to have this support.

You will easily gauge my views on the care provided to me, as seen in the ticked boxes below. The young people tending to my needs, are clear thinking, of some experience (I mean considerable). Good training shows, from body language one can tell the carer's own feelings about their profession. This is important. The cares visiting me, are smart enough to suss my particular troubles.

I have been using Rumax for a few months now and I have to say the service they provide has been excellent. Every company gives approximate times for their visit the difference is with Rumax they actually stick to the times within 15 minutes. On the rare occasion when they were going to be a little late they phoned and said they would be 10mins and actually were! Their time management is amazing and really helpful. All the carers without exception have been fantastic, really helpful, kind and considerate. I feel relieved that my dad is in such good hands. Also having a few regular people means my dad gets to know them and feels comfortable. A bonus as he has dementia and can get stressed. Whenever I've phoned the office there is always someone available and they too are helpful lovely ladies. I cannot thank all the staff at Rumax enough without a doubt the best care company I have ever dealt with and I have tried many over the years. Thank you Rumax.

A particular member of staff has been fantastic. She has been very flexible in terms of late notice of appointment time changes. Her communication has been excellent too. Confirming and rescheduling where needed. I would thoroughly recommend it.

The sweet gentle girls, my carers. At first understanding one another, considering they were only in UK 1 year, they are doing their job very well. In my opinion, 2 days a week off would be nice. They work very hard in such a short time allocated to each patient, even though they feel it’s rewarding. I recommend your kind sweet girls. They are from a completely different culture to UK, but are coping very well. Thank you.

Nurse is excellent. Process takes longer than I think is needed. But is driven by the protocol. Nurse not supplied with the correct equipment to carry out the procedure, this needs to be sorted. It’s not just a problem in March.

My care provider always goes above and beyond and maintains great communication. She is professional, amenable and flexible in the care she provides and always has a smile on her face. She deserves high praise for the care and consideration she provides.

The carers visit twice daily. They are always polite and professional. Any concerns, they will inform the coordinator who will let me know. The care package works well, although she does not receive much care, it is the support and ensuring Mum remains well to live independently in her own home.

I find them compassionate and efficient.

The staff is very nice and friendly and carries out his job professionally. He is also punctual and respectful. I am very pleased with this experience. Hopefully, in the future, I will be able to continue enjoying such excellent service.
