I have received an excellent standard of care to date, and the professionalism has been outstanding. I am visited regularly for blood tests, as a participant in a drug trial, and I have never had a poor experience. The member of staff is always polite, approachable, and takes time to explain processes
and procedures. They always make me feel valued and it is a pleasure to welcome them at each visit.

You will easily gauge my views on the care provided to me, as seen in the ticked boxes below. The young people tending to my needs, are clear thinking, of some experience (I mean considerable). Good training shows, from body language one can tell the carer's own feelings about their profession. This
is important. The cares visiting me, are smart enough to suss my particular troubles.

I have been using Rumax for a few months now and I have to say the service they provide has been excellent. Every company gives approximate times for their visit the difference is with Rumax they actually stick to the times within 15 minutes. On the rare occasion when they were going to be a little
late they phoned and said they would be 10mins and actually were! Their time management is amazing and really helpful. All the carers without exception have been fantastic, really helpful, kind and considerate. I feel relieved that my dad is in such good hands. Also having a few regular people means my dad gets to know them and feels comfortable. A bonus as he has dementia and can get stressed. Whenever I've phoned the office there is always someone available and they too are helpful lovely ladies. I cannot thank all the staff at Rumax enough without a doubt the best care company I have ever dealt with and I have tried many over the years. Thank you Rumax.

A particular member of staff has been fantastic. She has been very flexible in terms of late notice of appointment time changes. Her communication has been excellent too. Confirming and rescheduling where needed. I would thoroughly recommend it.

The sweet gentle girls, my carers. At first understanding one another, considering they were only in UK 1 year, they are doing their job very well. In my opinion, 2 days a week off would be nice. They work very hard in such a short time allocated to each patient, even though they feel it’s rewarding.
I recommend your kind sweet girls. They are from a completely different culture to UK, but are coping very well. Thank you.

Nurse is excellent. Process takes longer than I think is needed. But is driven by the protocol. Nurse not supplied with the correct equipment to carry out the procedure, this needs to be sorted. It’s not just a problem in March.

The carers visit twice daily. They are always polite and professional. Any concerns, they will inform the coordinator who will let me know. The care package works well, although she does not receive much care, it is the support and ensuring Mum remains well to live independently in her own home.

Following my mother's discharge from the hospital, a package of care was put in place starting the next day, this care/support has been provided by Rumax Ltd. We had a very thorough assessment visit by their staff. The carers visit my mother twice a day 11:00 am in the morning and 17:00 in the afternoon,
a family member is present when they are here and the young ladies that provide the care/support for Mum are very professional and punctual. They help wash and dress my mother and look after her as if she is their own mother. Lovely staff and a pleasure to welcome them into the house.

My dad has had a RUMAX carer come in for a few months now, and we are really pleased with the care given to him. They are so friendly and take the greatest care of my dad. Mum feels so comfortable with the carers too.
Their prices are reasonable and one lady is so helpful.

Staff have built up a lovely bond with him and are slowly getting to know his ways and how he likes things. It is heartwarming to hear the laughter from him and the carers when I’m upstairs, and they are getting him ready. I hope the good standards remain and the staff don’t get complacent.

The nurse was on time. She went through a series of questions associated with RSV. She checked my blood pressure and pulse. Took a sample of my snot. Called the courier. She was very efficient and polite.
