Arrived on time and efficiently went through the checkup process. Reviewed reports, found some omissions that I needed to rectify, took required samples and picked up already taken self-administered samples. All done with no fuss or problems. Left no mess.

The home care provider had contacted me in advance to arrange a suitable day and time to visit.


The home care provider arrived at the appointed time, introduced herself and explained the format of the visit including conducting questionnaires, performing tests and taking of swabs.


The visit was

conducted as outlined above, at all times I had complete confidence in the Home Care Provider. The visit was completed efficiently and within the time frame discussed at the outset of the visit. At all times the visit was conducted in a friendly, polite and mutually respectful way.

My mum has been having care since her strokes.
At first it was difficult for my mum and my dad to adjust to having care as she was so independent before the strokes. Since we had a family meeting with the care company, we have had no problems. They have been so supportive.
My mum seems a lot happier
and is always telling me how nice they all are.
I get a text to let me know about her medication being low so I’m able to request them before she runs out.

Timings didn’t always suit the client although it was much better in the end.
Would recommend the team we had!

What a lovely service they provide, it was so relaxing, questions and answers were dealt with properly, very informal, felt totally at ease. My mental health was taken into consideration too, have a few issues with it.

My nurse was very nice and treated me well. Personal protective equipment was used correctly. Unfortunately, a lot of things went wrong but as far as I can gather nothing to do with the nurse. A courier arrived late with the equipment needed minus the dry ice. This had to be arranged for a later time
which originally was 2 hours later which then turned into 4 hours later by notification but in total, it was 4 and a half hours later when it finally arrived. Nurse was patient throughout. Thank you.

Mum has carers four times a day, they help Mum with making her meals. stoma bag and oversee her taking her medication. The carers treat Mum with dignity, patience and love. The carers are prompt.

Excellent service. Very friendly and professional. Arrived on time, after excellent communications after travelling quite a long distance. Would have no problem about using this service again. Wore all the correct PPE for a home visit.

Every carer that has come to my home has been excellent. I couldn't ask for better, they can't do enough to make my life as comfortable and bearable as possible, they are so tender and understanding of my needs. My respect and dignity are maintained at all times and I feel I am important to them.

My mum has been having carers from Rumax Ltd assisting her for several months now and I have to say that the ladies that come are kind, patient, warm and caring to mum. Mum has Alzheimer’s and we are going through such a difficult, scary and challenging time right now but for my sister and I, knowing
that the carers who attend mum are being so lovely to her, is such a relief. The two ladies who organise everything are so professional yet approachable and kind and nothing is too much bother. Their communication is excellent and any issues are dealt with immediately. I highly recommend Rumax.

Competent care given by a small nucleus of regular carers which is important to us.The carers show a lot of patience to my wife and always try to engage with her which is not always easy given her condition. Visit times have become more regulated and this helps my wife. Rumax management are proactive

My mum is very happy with the personal care she receives from her Rumax carers. Mum has received care support from Rumax since June 2023 and although she was not keen at first the carers worked hard to build a relationship with her and she now speaks very highly of them. The carer visited today and
is a really lovely lady, Mum really likes her visits, she is so friendly and caring. Another of Mum's regular carers is also fantastic.

Mum has Alzheimer’s and Rumax have been caring for her at home since May 2023.
Over the last few months, the team of wonderful carers has built and continue to nurture what can only be described as a beautiful rapport with Mum, treating her like she is their own family member, always with respect,
kindness, care and love.
We couldn’t recommend Rumax more highly if you are looking for at-home care for your vulnerable family member. The Rumax team will deliver above and beyond with grace, humour and love.
At what was a stressful and anxious time for everyone, the whole team have been truly fantastic, the team are proactive, reactive and excellent at keeping us informed of anything needing our attention. There is obviously a brilliant training scheme in place as all carers who visit Mum are all exceptional at their jobs.
We can’t thank you all enough, truly. To know that our Mum is not just cared for, but cared for with such love is a true blessing.
