Following my mother's discharge from the hospital, a package of care was put in place starting the next day, this care/support has been provided by Rumax Ltd. We had a very thorough assessment visit by their staff. The carers visit my mother twice a day 11:00 am in the morning and 17:00 in the afternoon, a family member is present when they are here and the young ladies that provide the care/support for Mum are very professional and punctual. They help wash and dress my mother and look after her as if she is their own mother. Lovely staff and a pleasure to welcome them into the house.

My dad has had a RUMAX carer come in for a few months now, and we are really pleased with the care given to him. They are so friendly and take the greatest care of my dad. Mum feels so comfortable with the carers too.

Since we had a family meeting with the care company, we have had no problems. They have been so supportive. My mum seems a lot happier and is always telling me how nice they all are. I get a text to let me know about her medication being low so I’m able to request them before she runs out.

My nurse was very nice and treated me well. Personal protective equipment was used correctly. Unfortunately, a lot of things went wrong but as far as I can gather nothing to do with the nurse. A courier arrived late with the equipment needed minus the dry ice. This had to be arranged for a later time which originally was 2 hours later which then turned into 4 hours later by notification but in total, it was 4 and a half hours later when it finally arrived. Nurse was patient throughout. Thank you.

2. Leadership and Management: Pelagia is responsible for leading and managing RUMAX LIMITED's staff, Care workers, administrative personnel, and other staff members. Peggy provides guidance, supervision, and training to ensure that staff members are competent and well-prepared to provide effective care.
3. Service Planning and Delivery: Pelagia collaborates with the RUMAX's team to develop care plans, assess individuals' needs, and ensure that services are tailored to meet those needs. They monitor the delivery of care services to ensure that they align with established plans and that individuals' well-being is maintained.
4. Quality Assurance: A crucial aspect of Pelagia's role is to maintain and improve the quality of care provided. This involves monitoring service outcomes, gathering feedback from service users and their families, and implementing changes as necessary to enhance the overall quality of care.
5. Health and Safety: Pelagia is responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both staff and service users. This includes adhering to health and safety regulations, implementing infection control measures, and addressing any concerns related to safety.
6. Communication: Effective communication is vital. Pelagia communicates with service users, their families, staff, and external stakeholders. Pelagia's clear and open communication ensures that all parties are informed and involved in decisions related to care provision.
