All regularly visiting staff that we have met have been very caring and compassionate and keen to make sure that they understand my mother-in-law’s needs. They always report any concerns they may have and clearly have her best interests at heart. Any issues we have experienced have been when a different
carer first attends or attends as a one-off, and is unfamiliar with her needs. The main problem has usually been with her hearing aids not being put in correctly and dentures not being put in, and prior to obtaining blister packs, occasionally her medication. I have found the coordinator very responsive and quick to address any concerns. A suggestion for an improvement would be to provide a weekly schedule at the beginning of each week, detailing the carer expected to attend and scheduled times for each visit. I understand times and staff are subject to last-minute changes. Overall, we are very happy with the service received.
Reply from Maxwell Masuku, Director at RUMAX LtdWe appreciate your positive feedback about our regularly visiting staff and their dedication to understanding and meeting your mother-in-law's needs. It's great to hear that their caring and compassionate approach has resonated with you. We acknowledge your feedback regarding unfamiliar caregivers occasionally facing challenges with her specific requirements, such as hearing aids, dentures, and medication.
We're glad that our coordinator's responsiveness has been reassuring to you, and we're always committed to addressing any concerns promptly. Thank you for your suggestion regarding a weekly schedule – we understand the importance of consistency and clear communication. While we do our best to maintain schedules, we also understand the possibility of last-minute changes.
Your overall satisfaction with our service means a lot to us, and we'll continue striving to provide the best care and support for your mother-in-law.

I have found the carers to be accommodating, pleasant and helpful.
They have shown respect and dignity in the personal aspects of care. They get down to organising medication and making sure that things I need are to hand. They help to keep things tidy. They intervene when I need help but are prepared
to just safeguard for safety when I can't do things by myself.
I have appreciated having them help me.
Reply from Maxwell Masuku, Director at RUMAX LtdI'm delighted to hear about your positive experience with the carers. It's wonderful to know that they have been accommodating, pleasant, and helpful throughout your interactions. Their commitment to treating you with respect and dignity in your personal care is truly commendable. The fact that they take the initiative to organize your medication and ensure your essential items are within reach showcases their dedication to your well-being.
Moreover, their approach of intervening when you require assistance while also allowing you space to maintain your independence when possible reflects a thoughtful and balanced caregiving style. It's heartening to learn that their priority is not only your immediate safety but also your overall comfort and self-sufficiency.
Reviews like yours not only provide valuable feedback but also acknowledge the efforts of the carers who work tirelessly to make a positive difference in the lives of the individuals they care for.
