Starcover looked after my late husband really well for seven years for which we are ever so thankful. A special thank you to all the staff especially Sam, Lee and Margaret who were always there when we needed them. They were super kind, caring and friendly that we had formed such a strong bond through the years. We highly recommend Starcover for their outstanding care, well trained staff and professional services.

Samuel and lee are currently careing for a terminal ill cancer patient Wayne they are amazing kind and caring punctual on time a.m and p.m visits they correspond with the patient throughout there visits i.e washing dressing and dressing lesions they are angels in disguise cannot thank them enough they have given the patient there dignity back and more confidence with there care thankyou so much amazing caring people

Your patience, professionalism and gentle approach brought him comfort and dignity in his final days and that means more to us than words can say. Thank you for treating him not just as a client but as a person with warmth, respect and understanding. Your support also extended to our family and we are truly thankful for the reassurance and peace of mind you provided during such a difficult time. Please know that your dedication made a lasting difference in our father's life and in ours. We'll always remember the kindness and care you gave so freely. With heartfelt thanks and appreciation . I was referred to Starcover privately from a friend to provide care for my mum with dementia. The team were really good at listening and suggesting solutions to my mum's problems. The whole process was treated with care and wasn't rushed. I was really happy with the carer we were provided with. We got the same carer throughout my mum's care. Although, sadly, in the end, my mum had to go into a home for more round-the-clock care, I would definitely recommend Starcover. The time with them was really good. Thanks guys.

We were given Starcover through the NHS for my dad and I have to say we were really impressed! They are quite honestly the most caring and thoughtful people we have ever met. They go out of their way to help us and go above and beyond. We get the same carers which is great for Dad has he was able to build a good relationship with them. We weren't sure about having a care agency coming in as you hear so many horror stories but I can't believe how close we have become to the team at Starcover, they honestly feel like family now. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Starcover for being so amazing, you will never know how much you did for me and my family.

We've used Starcover for a year now. Been through lots of other care agencies before. Not expecting any different but found Starcover to be the best. Very well-managed, professional and approachable. Any challenges or issues Starcover would go out of their way to resolve them. They've matched carers to our specific needs. Sometimes go over and beyond our requirements. We've learned a lot from each other and they feel like family. Highly recommended and trusted. Thank you Starcover.
