We were offered 24/7 care for my 99 year old mother, rather than her being sent to a care home. We had the same carer until Mum passed away recently, apart from 2 one week breaks in all that time. We were very relieved to know that Mum was very well cared for and the carer was compassionate and
conscientious throughout the time. We could not have asked for more from her. The care agency manager was also professional, caring and communications were strong between us. The only negative was the 2 one week breaks when other carers stepped in. We were pleased when our regular carer returned each time from the break. Well done to the manager and the carer, it has been a positive experience for the family.

Mercy Care did an exceptional job of caring for my nan. They were always organised and happy to make any tweaks that we felt she needed with her care. They treated my nan tenderly and created a bond with her that always made her feel safe by having the same regular carer. They were easy to get in
contact with; very friendly and polite.
