My grandmother is receiving care from this care service and the care standards are exemplary. The carers go out of their way to meet her needs, they go above and beyond to ensure that my grandmother is satisfied. My grandmother was unsure about receiving care from a stranger but the staff have made
her feel safe, secure and happy. With most care companies they do their job and that's all, but with Luma Homecare, they are friendly and make it their goal to go that extra mile to meet satisfaction.
