From early 2025 to date the service provide by the company has been second to non - from early discussions and interview, the quality and detail of info on services provided and detail of costs . There is full visibility , reviews are done regularly and feedback taken on board . The compliance and
regulatory side of things is excellent and communication with me as POA /relative has been professional , supportive and proactive .
Staff are provided for overnight stays , and 3 daily visits per day to support full care needs and supervision of meds- there is a consistent rota of carers who are all personable , professional and kind ...and cope with my aunt's difficult days with good humour and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company ( Stirling office ) to any family seeking care support for a loved on

I cannot recommend Home Instead Stirling and Falkirk branch highly enough for the outstanding care they have provided to my mother over the past couple of years. Their team has made such a positive difference in my mum's life, particularly in maintaining her social connections and independence.
The support they provide for my mum's social life has been invaluable. They ensure she has safe, reliable transport to her social clubs, which has allowed her to continue participating in activities she enjoys. What's particularly special is how they accompany her on trips to musical shows and gigs - experiences that bring her so much joy. Given that my mum is vulnerable due to dementia, having someone ensure her safety during these outings has given our entire family peace of mind.

Home Instead have been providing care for my mother at home for the last two years. They bring a lot of light and warmth to her day as well as carrying out her personal care with compassion and dignity. They really do go the extra mile - literally, because we live in a remote rural location. It took
a long time to find a care company prepared to travel here and we are eternally grateful to home instead for the care they provide when other care companies would not even consider us. The care pros are well trained and regularly assessed by a great office team. We are hugely grateful to the whole staff group.

Home Instead have cared for my stepfather since my late mother's passing, and their kindness, professionalism, and dedication have meant so much to our family especially during some very challenging times.
Every carer who visited showed genuine compassion, patience, and respect. It was always a
comfort knowing he was in such safe and thoughtful hands. It's rare to find a team that so beautifully balances practical support with heartfelt warmth, and we're truly grateful for everything they've done.
They consistently go above and beyond, and have played a vital role in helping him live a fulfilled life and maintain his independence. Their support has made a lasting difference.

I've recently set up care services for my Mum. From the initial phone conversation through the fact finding meeting with Rachel to day one and beyond I have been very impressed with the professionalism that all of the team have displayed, little things like a particular staff member turning up with
the carer on the first day to an initial review after two weeks with this staff member and her manager to check that everything is running smoothly. The app they use is also really helpful and allows you to have a good window into what is happening daily when you are not present. I can already see an improvement in Mum and it is clear from the interactions that all of the staff are keen to help make Mums life a bit better, and they have succeeded in that. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is thinking about engaging with carers.

Our son has been receiving care provision from HomeInstead twice a day , 5 days a week. We have been working with Home Instead for almost 3 years. Our son has learning difficulties and autism, so it has been a huge relief to know that he is in really good care and we place enormous trust in the
professionals for his care . Always on time, with professional staff, that our son gets on with really well. Even when a staff member is off, on holiday or on sick leave , Home Instead have reliably found alternative staff to cover. We have been working with care providers for over 10 years and the quality of care , professionalism that Home Instead provide is well above the average, so what they charge is worth it for peace of mind.

Companionship care going well. My husband is much happier now that there is more continuity of the same carer weekly. The staff are helpful, willing and good companions. Overall, we are satisfied with the service provided.

Home Instead provide a carer daily at lunchtime to cover the Live-in Carer's break. They are a lovely team of people, each willing to adapt to whatever needs to be done that day, companionship, cooking, personal care.
Their care is consistently given with patience, empathy and good humour. My
parents really enjoy seeing them each day.
The office staff are also kind and supportive. They responded quickly to help us with a couple of last minute emergencies recently. The whole team are really appreciated by our family.

Although our care package that was arranged for Mum turned out to be only for a short period of time, the service we received from the office and Management staff was excellent. Everyone was compassionate, and responded professionally and extremely quickly to the urgency of our situation. The Care
staff that were introduced to, and visited Mum were polite, kind and helpful. We would recommended Home Instead and would use their services again in the future should the need arise.

Our 93 year old Mum has a diagnosis of mixed Alzheimer's/dementia and needs support to enable her to continue living in her own home, where she is safest and happiest. After a period with a variety of care-pros, which showed us that Mum could not cope with seeing so many different people, Home
Instead provided a regular care-pro, who is absolutely wonderful with our Mum. He has taken the trouble to get to know her background and find areas of interest to chat with her about. He alternates domestic tasks with talking with her over a cup of tea. He told us that Mum 'always has a good bit of conversation that just needs a bit of chat to bring it out' and he is sensitive to when to chat and when to let her rest.
He is skilled at following the care plan, and also using his initiative when there are issues. We love reading his detailed reports on the secure app, which are so informative for the family.
We also find that the people in the office team are responsive and communicative.

I needed a temporary short-term care package for my husband who has Alzheimer's and Home Instead provided exactly what I wanted.
It was a pleasant surprise to discover that the carer was someone we already knew and this helped considerably. My husband was very pleased with the level of care and
help he received.

We started using Home Instead services in November last year as my father was showing signs of dementia which has now been properly diagnosed. I liked that they did a minimum of one hour shifts so there was a decent amount of time spent with him rather than someone just rushing in and out to help
with his meds etc. The original professional that was paired up with him was an instant fit so he enjoyed the time they spent together and he felt it was like a visit from a friend rather than someone there to assist him. Unfortunately, she has left the company, the other two that came in to replace her didn't gel. It was worthwhile trying the different people as it helped show what we needed for it to be a better fit. The office staff have been helpful with trying to find a more suitable match and the current lady we have seems to be a promising match as she had similar interests as my father.

I have been touched and impressed by the incredible standards of care and honest attention to detail. The carers at Home Instead are superb, going above and beyond the every day to make sure my mum has the best care and support. She has made good friends with many of her carers, who give her the
utmost support. They are very special and kind people. It is always reassuring to know my mum has such a great support network helping her in every way and also helping with her cat.

The carers who come in are all really nice and take good care of Mum.
They change bed and put washing on.
They ensure my mum's hearing aids are charged which is great. Excellent service all round. Very respectful staff, communication is excellent with family.

Home Instead Carers looked after my parents for over 2 years. They were excellent and worth their weight in gold. They would go to the shop for messages, do housework, administer medication and have chats with my parents. They alleviated the stress from my sister and I. I would thoroughly recommend

My mum has been looked after by the Home Instead team since January. She was a bit reticent about carers coming in, however, the team at Home Instead worked with times to make it accessible. The care staff are kind and considerate and there is never any issue with any tasks. The office team have
been very supportive with mum as she has had many hospital admissions and always ensure the best experience for her.
