Since December my dad has declined suddenly. We had to have extra carer visits. The carers were all excellent with dad and the management and staff always helped with I called.

Helping Hands have provided an excellent care service to my dad. They have been very helpful with any changes and especially when we needed to arrange extra calls at short notice when dad deteriorated suddenly. They truly been "Helping Hands" and I recommend their services.

We are very satisfied with mum's care, especially since the review and the staff have helped keep a regular, familiar face for mum to see each visit. Our regular carer is excellent and mum really appreciates her work.

I would like to thank Helping Hands for there swift and professional response to my mum's needs. They stepped in and helped my mum who's condition deteriorated rapidly and supplied advice and support to my family and especially my mum. I can't fault the manager and her carers who worked closely with
the Adult Social Care team and other agencies. Thank you again for your help and support you gave provided for my mum.

The staff at Helping Hands Liverpool have been outstanding. They looked after my auntie from just before last Christmas until a week or so ago. It is clear that it is much more than a job to them. They are considerate, caring, interested and very capable. We could never have managed my auntie at
home without them. They instituted care within 48 hours of me contacting them and responded immediately to any request I had for additional visits. I cannot praise this team too highly and would also like to say that the charges are very reasonable for this level of care. I have no hesitation in recommending Helping Hands Liverpool to anyone looking for home care.
