We increase the visits when we are away which includes sleepovers. Mum has often had different carers on these occasions, but all have been an asset to Helping Hands, kind, caring, flexible with mum's needs, trustworthy and supportive. They are always professional in their attitude.

Helping Hands have provided an excellent care service to my dad. They have been very helpful with any changes and especially when we needed to arrange extra calls at short notice when dad deteriorated suddenly. They truly been "Helping Hands" and I recommend their services.

The staff at Helping Hands Liverpool have been outstanding. They looked after my auntie from just before last Christmas until a week or so ago. It is clear that it is much more than a job to them. They are considerate, caring, interested and very capable. We could never have managed my auntie at home without them. They instituted care within 48 hours of me contacting them and responded immediately to any request I had for additional visits. I cannot praise this team too highly and would also like to say that the charges are very reasonable for this level of care.
