Over the last twelve months Calida Care has been providing an outstanding professional home service for my mothers personal care. whether it comes to the Admin Team within the office or (each & every carer) to whom visit four times daily.
Each & every one of them in my eyes always go that extra
mile when it comes to my mothers general well-being / cleanliness comfort support & needs. Always showing respect within the home as if it were there own.
Always arriving on time with a warm & friendly smile, as of being so polite & patient also.
Without any doubt i'd personally highly recommend them to anyone. Whether that being now or in the near coming future.
Keep up the Amazing Job you're All doing at Team Calida.

I highly recommend Calida Care to anyone seeking home care for a loved one. We have found them to be great in every way - from the efficient, knowledgable office staff to the wonderful carer. The consistency of care has been excellent, and the carer consistently went the extra mile to ensure my
father was comfortable and happy. Their compassionate approach turned a difficult transition into a very positive experience for our whole family. Thank you for everything you do

My mum, dad and myself have received nothing but kindness and support. In March my dear dad died and they have been my rock. Without them I would have crumbled.

The team at Calida Care have always been so kind and caring to both mum, as well my sister and I who live abroad. After dad died in 2023, we decided to use the services of this company to give both mum and ourselves, pieces of mind. After speaking with various companies, we chose them due to the
wide variety of tailor made care packages offered and the good feeling that they gave us right from the first meeting.Although our mother was against the idea at first, she has come to trust the caring team and know that she can always call on them, as and when she ever needs to. I can't thank them enough for being there!

I don't know what we, myself and wife, would do without calida care. We have been offered other places to live, however we won't be moving unless we can continue using calida care.
Overall calida care are an amazing company. They are always able to help, no matter what the problem is.

My brother has two live-in carers 24/7. The team for February have been excellent in all aspect of their duties. Interaction with community palliative care and GP/Pharmacy have been professional and their daily reports keep me fully apprised of my brother's situation. Assistance to other services,
barber and foot clinicians have been very helpful.

I contacted Calida when looking for an emergency response service for my elderly parents. The contract was set up easily and efficiently and when we needed them, Calida responded quickly and professionally. When we included regular visits, the two carers were lovely, kind, caring and really engaged
with Dad. We now have a wonderful live in carer. Both my parents are relaxed and stress free. Even when there have been problems with Dad, knowing the carer is there to help and support my parents is such as relief. The carer is assisted at all times by Calida and has their full support when dealing with some of the more difficult behaviours that occur with dementia patients. Calida's management team have been brilliant too. Even when we don't really know what we need they can interpret our requirements and provide exactly the right solution. It means a lot to be able to trust and rely on them. Calida deliver a first rate service and I would highly recommend them.

When it became apparent my father needed extra support in his home, we interviewed several care companies.
Calida Care was the one for his choice and mine.
Calida Care has proven to be the right choice,
Since late 2023 to present day dad has had care & support with the dignity he deserves.
The
family has a peace of mind.
With the electronic link, dad has the knowledge of who to expect & what time. I can look at the daily report within 10 minutes after care has been given.
If any concerns come up, I'm personally informed.
Overall Calida Care are a fantastic team.
Reliability as well as good quality of care.
Any concerns or change to care plan are dealt with effectively.

Calida Care have been looking after my elderly dad since August 2024 when he returned home from a spell in hospital. They visit twice a day to get him up and showered in the morning, and then in the evening to get him ready for bed. Dad's mobility is poor. The carers have been wonderful with him,
always friendly, caring and professional. They always ask if he needs anything, nothing is too much trouble. In addition, the office have kept me informed, especially if they have any concerns. Dad is sadly deteriorating and the support I have had from Calida Care has been exceptional. I could not have wished for more. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I had a live in carer for 2 weeks post major surgery. She cooked, cleaned, laundered as well as generally looking after me and my needs.
What a lovely person. She quietly got on with things without being intrusive. I would definitely recommend Calida Care.
The manager kept in touch with me
throughout and made sure the carer got here safely and was taken to her next post.
I have not had carers before so don't know about costs, but I do feel I had a proper personal service from Calida, so would highly recommend to others.

If it were not for Calida Care I would not be able to live independently. I have been abandoned by social services and my own family. The care and attention I get from Calida Care allow me to live an independent life. They are wonderful.

I have only recently employed Calida for a specific set of needs for my mother. They have provided this care from the end of March and throughout April. I had to appoint them suddenly as a difficult situation manifested itself quite quickly. I was concerned that Mum got the right care with the right
people.
An initial meeting with the care manager and office manager in Mum's flat ensured all parties were able to become acquainted and all questions could be dealt with.
As a result, Mum has had to get to know just 2 carers who look after all her current needs. Much of their work has been in taking Mum to various appointments at her surgery. Without fail they have turned up on time, leaving sufficient time to get Mum into and out of the car, etc.
The manager has been on hand for me at all times as a point of contact and coordinated everything I have asked for straight away. She has also freely given her time to help me navigate government form filling.
A first-rate service.

Calida Care has been looking after me four times a day for just over a year now and every member of the team is friendly, knowledgeable, considerate, gentle, and very kind and caring. They are always going above and beyond to help make me more comfortable, safe, and content. The management team is
in constant touch with my daughter and they keep us up to date with everything. The carers are always looking for jobs that need doing around the house as well as caring for me and my husband. It means so much to be able to trust them and rely on them.

I have been using Calida Care for just over a year now and have recently had to increase their visits to three per day. All of the team of carers are a great company and it's such a relief to be able to trust them with my and my wife's needs.
Nothing seems too much and the carers are all very
friendly and considerate.
My daughter is constantly in touch with the management team which enables them to deliver the best service. I have recently started using their emergency response service which has been invaluable as I tend to fall quite often. In particular, the care manager has been an absolute gem coming out to me in the early hours. I wouldn't want to use any other care company.

After much concern for my father and with the assistance of the agency, Dad was convinced of the need for help. We had concerns based on the experiences of friends who'd used care agencies themselves. Without any reservations and with much relief, Calida's involvement has proved hugely beneficial to
my father. Every one of the carers engages beautifully with him whilst remaining professional and respectful. The improvement in my father is beyond words and I cannot recommend Calida highly enough.

The care workers from your company are of a very high quality. They are adaptable knowledge and good cooks. Willing to make a meal, clear the rubbish, tidy clothes, making a drink etc. Usually on time and reliable, in fact, first-class ladies.

I approached Calida Care after picking up a pamphlet on the reception desk at a care home establishment. Carers always attended at the agreed time to shower my husband, always left the room tidy and towels folded. Would definitely recommend.

Calida Care have been providing care for my mother for around 18 months now, after a few agencies prior to Calida there had been a lot of unsettlement for Mum and family over the past almost 6 years, inconsistency in standards, timekeeping etc, so anxieties were always high all round, which was not
a good atmosphere for Mum, who is living with advanced dementia.
This past 18 months, the care has been wonderful from Calida, every single carer has been and are always very professional, prompt and great with Mum, engaging with her in different ways, ie singing, chatting, having a giggle, and understanding her needs, and work well with Mum's live-in carer, we are all so much more relaxed and we know Mum is too! And we know we are always supported by the friendly office staff whenever we speak with them. We hope they will continue to provide care for Mum as long as she needs them.

Provided short term personal care at short notice after my husband returned home from hospital after an emergency hip replacement after an accident. Carers arrived when expected and were professional and helpful.

We have only started a few weeks ago, and we are so pleased with them. They go above and beyond the call of duty. All the time, nothing is too much trouble. At times, all I want to do is talk, and the level is very high.
