I am happy with the service as the staff bend back wards to help in anyway and are always able to accommodate our needs and are friendly and kind.l would recommend this company to anyone wanting a good service

I am truly happy with their service. I've witnessed firsthand how well they take care of my dad, and it makes me proud to see the dedication in their work. Even when I'm away, they continue to carry out their duties diligently. My dad consistently gives me positive feedback, which gives me peace of

What a wonderful service that my friend received from this company. I was able to witness the care, kindness and understanding given by the carers many times when I would visit my friend.
The carers were very organised and communicated with my friend and I very well and most of all they listened
to what my friend needed and fulfilled it. I would highly recommend SGM Care, as they looked after my friend very well.

They took good care of my mother in-law. The caregiver was so nice, very patient with her and very empathetic.. The management was good with follow ups too. I didn't have any issues using them knowing at all.

We had an excellent experience with the care our brother received. The staff was kind, attentive, and professional throughout my visit, including any members of the family. The carers took the time to listen to our concerns and explained everything clearly. Our brother felt well taken care of and
truly appreciated the compassion and expertise shown. Highly recommend -

We were really happy with the care mum got from SGM. Mum was treated with kindness and dignity by her carers who became like friends to her. We couldn't have managed without them as mum's dementia progressed. I was especially grateful for the responsiveness and flexibility shown by SGM as mum's
needs changed and also on several occasions when at short notice, SGM were able to provide an overnight carer for mum when she wasn't safe to be on her own. The support we were given was invaluable and made both our lives easier. Mum is now moving into a care home and sadly won't be using SGM any longer. A huge thank you to the team for all you've done for mum.

Excellent and caring staff I could always rely on. Very friendly and professional, willing to do anything asked of them. Always left my mother clean and comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints.

I broke my leg badly and was also in a lot of pain. The carers have looked after me wonderfully and shown great care and have got me up and about and walking again. I am very grateful for all their love, care and support to get me well and strong again. Thank you kindly.

The care I have has been very good. Some of the carers are very nice and helpful, but some are not.

Excellent service they provide for my friend's father. He is satisfied with their service. Staff behaviour is too good. They are punctual. They always come on time. Any necessary they take action quickly.

Although my mum did not understand the relevance of this meeting, I realise the importance of collecting the information. Anything that can help in the care of my dad is appreciated. The main area of concern is late morning or late night calls but, hopefully, this can be resolved now we have
discussed it.

I needed an agency carer who was able to support my mum, who has Dementia, the following day. I had called two agencies before and was put off by the price but also the lack of interest as to what my mum's needs were. What first struck me when I contacted SGM was their professionalism, along with
their compassion for my predicament and the willingness to want to know what my mum's needs were. I have to add that their price was the cheaper than the other two agencies. I was sceptical at first, only because they are a fairly new company, but that was soon dismissed. Mum required two carers, whom I can not fault; they are amazing with my mum and are still providing support. I can't thank the carers and the office staff enough for their support and compassion.

Overall, the carers are very pleasant, however, they often arrive late in the morning to get Mum out of bed. Mum is very hard of hearing and has difficulty having a conversation with the carers.

Care was provided at little notice. Very efficiently organised. Carers provided excellent care with compassion and professionalism.
