Service dates 21 June to 18 July 2025. All personnel were friendly, courteous and provided excellent service with one exception (noted separately). I had one concern early on which was swiftly and discreetly dealt with. Service could have been improved with carers always telling me briefly, when possible, what they had done during their visit before they left. This happened occasionally but, I feel, should be done as a matter of course although I did not raise the issue myself. Care Lead agreed to let me have copies of the carers' Daily Log Sheets as the Nourish Empowerment system was not yet available. These sheets were not supplied. Note: carers could do better by noting if a client is hard of hearing (especially the elderly) and/or unfamiliar with their accents - whether from overseas or elsewhere in UK - and so speak louder and/or more clearly especially when wearing face masks. If a client is hard of hearing, note whether they are wearing their hearing aids or not.

First I have to says the Inspire Agency is very good services, the support workers. Are coming in on times and very kind and helping, more engaged with the client, like reading the dt book and help him to counting the number basic maths, help him for lunch time give the food and water once finishes work tidy up thing back to board.

My carer is always prompt and very friendly. She knows my routine and is careful to do everything necessary each visit. She thinks ahead and has great anticipation for my needs. She is very loving and caring and makes me feel special. She has great respect for my autonomy and makes any hygiene problems I have sorted out to my great gratitude. She always goes the extra mile to sort out to my great gratitude. She always goes the extra mile to sort out any issues and has gone to the shops and sourced incontinence aids to my great relief. Always cheerful and very positive. My favourite carer!

My dad has Inspire IMG carers four times a day. We are extremely happy with the wonderful care he gets from Inspire's team of friendly, kind, compassionate carers. They keep my dad not only clean, fed and cared for but keep his spirits up. Their cheerful manner is just what he needs for his end-of-life care. Our family are eternally grateful for their kindness during this difficult time for us. I am always able to communicate with the office and the carers which gives us peace of mind. I can highly recommend them to anyone needing care for a loved one.

After arriving home and having spent 5 months in hospital/neuro-rehabilitation following a severe stroke, Inspire have been looking after me for nearly 7 months now and their care has been second to none. My two carers both treat me with expertise, gentleness, compassion, dignity - and humour! - and are quick to notice any signs that I might need outside medical attention. I have to say that I don't know what I'd do without them. Apart from caring for me expertly, they lift my spirits and brighten my day!

Inspire are an excellent Care company. They provided exceptional care and support for my Mum during a very stressful and difficult time. They were always on the other end of the phone willing to go above and beyond. They were consistently polite, friendly, respectful and so very helpful, kind and trustworthy, both in Mum’s home and in the Inspire office on the phone. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Inspire as a fantastic Care company.

Very professional and polite staff. Does well to cater to our family (service user's) needs. My grandmother is taken care of at the best quality. The staff are amazing and so friendly and attentive! We trust them a lot with her.

Care provided for my father-in-law is excellent. Very competent, friendly and informed. Has generated a good relationship with the client and the rest of the family. Lots of laughter and chatter while providing much-needed support.

Happy with the care we receive for our mother, we have been with Inspire for 6 months and the care is excellent. I would recommend them to any friends and family. They are very friendly and professional.

Service seems very well run. Carers are very kind. As I live far away I am kept informed on the well being of the client. She seems very happy and well looked after with all her needs being met. All in all a good service.
