Carers from IMG Surrey visited my mother for four weeks, four times a day in early 2024. My mother was primarily suffering from advanced Alzheimer's Disease and was at home with a hospital bed, hoist and upright chair. The carers from IMG were most efficient and attended to my mother without any fuss being made. Regarding the tasks relating to person care, the carers from IMG were never disagreeable and maintained a 'can-do ' attitude throughout. They acknowledged my requests pertaining to my preferred times of day to hoist her into the upright chair and back to bed. It impressed me that female carers dealt with the personal care of my mother whilst the male carers operated the hoist. All IMP carers displayed sound hygiene practice at all times. It is suffice to say that all the carers from IMG exceeded my expectations and the management kept in contact throughout.

All seems to be going well with the care of my mother. Communication is normally good between carer and family. Any issues we are contacted promptly, by the office. Relations are good between carer and family and the managers.

Note: carers could do better by noting if a client is hard of hearing (especially the elderly) and/or unfamiliar with their accents - whether from overseas or elsewhere in UK - and so speak louder and/or more clearly especially when wearing face masks. If a client is hard of hearing, note whether they are wearing their hearing aids or not.

First I have to says the Inspire Agency is very good services, the support workers. Are coming in on times and very kind and helping, more engaged with the client, like reading the dt book and help him to counting the number basic maths, help him for lunch time give the food and water once finishes work tidy up thing back to board.

My carer is always prompt and very friendly. She knows my routine and is careful to do everything necessary each visit. She thinks ahead and has great anticipation for my needs. She is very loving and caring and makes me feel special. She has great respect for my autonomy and makes any hygiene problems I have sorted out to my great gratitude. She always goes the extra mile to sort out to my great gratitude. She always goes the extra mile to sort out any issues and has gone to the shops and sourced incontinence aids to my great relief. Always cheerful and very positive. My favourite carer!

Our family are eternally grateful for their kindness during this difficult time for us. I am always able to communicate with the office and the carers which gives us peace of mind. I can highly recommend them to anyone needing care for a loved one.

After arriving home and having spent 5 months in hospital/neuro-rehabilitation following a severe stroke, Inspire have been looking after me for nearly 7 months now and their care has been second to none. My two carers both treat me with expertise, gentleness, compassion, dignity - and humour! - and are quick to notice any signs that I might need outside medical attention. I have to say that I don't know what I'd do without them. Apart from caring for me expertly, they lift my spirits and brighten my day!
