Complete Care are very professional, caring, and supportive. They are very understanding and knowledgeable about our son's additional needs, which gives us great peace of mind.
The carer who comes to our home is wonderful. I am very happy with her - she is kind, patient, and really nice with my
son. She treats him with respect and care, and it means a lot to our family. We truly appreciate the support we receive.

This care company were amazing. Carers turned up on time, every time. They were professional, courteous and friendly. Mum felt at ease with them and confident that she was being well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always found time after the tasks were done to sit and
have a little chat. Knowing that I could totally trust them to do what they were required to do gave me peace of mind and allowed me to do other jobs for mum around the house and errands for her. I will happily recommend their services to anyone in a similar position. Thank you again.

All staff who visit us are absolutely amazing always talkative and very well presented always on time even in bad weather nothing is never to much trouble for them very well trained in using hoist never leave without asking if we need anything else.

Cares were very kind, loving , very helpful and looked after mum's every need compassionately.
They were always very punctual went beyond there duty of care to keep mum comfortable. I will recommend the carer to any one who needs there help. My 100% to the carer and team

My mum has been receiving care visits for a few months now. We are happy with the care provided, the carers arriving regularly and on time. My mum is extremely hard of hearing but the carers manage to liaise with her and she enjoys the visits.

The care this agency provides is outstanding and far surpasses that provided by previous agencies that we had. They are absolutely excellent throughout. They work with the service user and family to identify their priorities and preferences and ensure these are kept central to the care. They are
proactive and responsive. They have made a real difference to my mother and our family.

ST Complete Care Ltd has been very helpful with the care for my mother. After having a stroke and needing assistance with washing and dressing, their help has become invaluable. They have taken the time to get to know her and understand her limits due to limited mobility which gives me peace of mind
when I cannot be around.

ST Complete Care have been an absolute godsend at a time when my mum needed urgent support. They were able to provide an immediate care plan that was just right for Mum, and she has benefited significantly from it even after just a couple of weeks. She feels well cared for and more comfortable, and
as a family, we have peace of mind that Mum is in safe hands. The care plan has been tailored to exactly what Mum needs, and the kindness shown to her has been exemplary. As a family we feel supported, we have good communication links with the manager, and we can’t thank ST Complete Care enough for their provision just at the time we needed it. Thank you so much.

Always very efficient, kind and generous. Carers are very cooperative with my wife. I cannot find any fault with the care service, and we are privileged to have them as my wife's carers.

Staff show genuine care and compassion and are very knowledgeable and understanding. I have full confidence that my wife is attended to kindly and professionally, both with or without my attendance. They have been instrumental in ensuring that additional medical requirements have been identified and
resolutions sought.
