My grandfather receives care. We can't fault them they go above and beyond with his care helping him and making sure everything is the way he likes it. They are always on time and chat away with him when they are in. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

All the carers went above and beyond in caring for my dad and I can’t thank them enough for all that they did during the time caring for him. The app that the family could log in to was a great way of communication

I have been very happy with HK Care Consulting Ltd. They have been very respectful to my dad at all times ensuring his dignity is upheld. They have ensured my dad has been listened to and any requests or concerns raised are addressed whilst respecting my dad's wishes and his safety but still being
respectful.
The staff have given a very high level of care and have carried out tasks above their assessed duties which has demonstrated their ability to have a client focus approach and be professional at all times and maintain a needs lead service.
I have complete confidence in HK care as I have been included as has my dad with all aspects of his care package and have been updated/alerted to any concerns/issues that have arisen.
All staff have given my dad time to chat about his day and have ensured he is always felt valued.
I can not thank staff and managers enough during non-eventful days and times when things have been very challenging.

The care my nana receives is fantastic. It’s such an amazing help; the staff/managers are very kind and professional. A lovely, personalised service to attend to all my nanas needs. The carers do a fantastic job, and my wee nana looks forward to seeing them every day, and we appreciate all the
things they do for her. The online journal is also great to check up on, miles ahead of other care companies. Very reliable, and the continuity is great.

I have been very happy with the care given to my father by HK Care Consulting. The carers have always shown care and affection towards him and my sister and I. They have always been approachable and offered advice where appropriate. All reporting via the app has been, timeous, lucid and accurate.
There have been several occasions where care staff have gone above and beyond there duties, staying longer and carrying out extra tasks to help Dad. The housework such as cleaning, clearing up etc. was always done diligently. Managers made themselves available when required.

My brother has been receiving care from HK Care Consulting for the past few months. All staff are highly trained and their view is to treat each person as an individual and tailor the care/needs specifically to them.
Their willingness and patience when dealing with my brother is outstanding as at
times it can be extremely difficult. They always have time just to chat, which I'm aware other care companies don't.
They will also collect shopping, prescriptions and even a fish supper at short notice!
Any concerns regarding my brother they will keep me informed of which I am grateful.
