The carer is always prompt and reliable. Should there be a delay she will ring and give an idea of how long she thinks she will be. We both find her pleasant and helpful.

The whole arrangement of a carer for my mother was extremely organised and prompt. From the initial contact to the assessment and finally the carer everything was so easy. My mother had the same carer for all visits, who was kind, prompt and was extremely helpful. Thank you for all your help.
