I am not present when the cares come to my mum's home but the ones I have met seem friendly and helpful. It's difficult to get an accurate idea of what they do for my mum as her memory is not always reliable. Sometimes it looked like the house has been hoovered but not always.

Wonderful, amazing, beautiful people. I'm not one for hyperbole, but they are the most genuine, professional and lovely people I've met all the way, from the carers to the management. Their commitment to providing genuine care, not just showing up and running through the motions, is such a great
relief and continue to be of significant help not just to Mum's physical but mental well-being as well. They are extraordinary and are a big part of our family.

My wife has advanced Multiple Sclerosis and is permanently bed-bound and unable to do anything for herself. It is a great relief to both of us that she receives exceptionally cheerful, courteous and highly efficient attention from our Goldtech Care team, who are also quick to let me know if they
have any observations, concerns or suggestions about my wife and her requirements. Additionally, they are extremely reliable with their three times daily attendance timekeeping. I would not hesitate to recommend Goldtech Care Services, who provides a reassuringly outstanding service.
