We engaged Medistaff24 over six weeks ago and have been delighted by the service they provide. My husband is looked after with great care, kindness and compassion. All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I can rely on them to notice any potential problems and if they do, to implement
the solution promptly. I can relax knowing that my husband is well cared for.

I like the consistency in your company. I feel like a part of a team, we work together. The carers listen to me, to what I need, what I want. I have a lovely communication with them and I feel confident. The carers from Medistaff24 have become my friends.

I have been very happy with the care provided. The carers have been kind and helpful over the last year and have helped me to cope following three falls which have left me feeling vulnerable and in need of assistance.

They have been far more than just carers, they are all excellent at the job they do for us. Nothing is too much trouble.

I have always found the care agency to be very helpful and respectful. They will help as much as they can and give advice.
They work with respect for me, Mum and within the house too.
I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an excellent team of carers.
