We only used your service as sitters for my husband on three occasions but found them to be polite, friendly, gentle and very kind to him in every way. I felt he could be left in their care without feeling worried about my absence. Unfortunately my husband has now passed away, but I know that at the
end of his life he was treated with care and respect. Thank you.

My 85-year-old father, who has dementia, has been receiving care visits from Ultimate Complex Care for the past couple of months. From the very first visit, the caregivers have treated him with compassion, patience, and respect.
They are always punctual, professional, and cheerful. They make sure
Dad is comfortable, help him with personal care tasks, and provide wonderful companionship during their visits. It brings me such peace of mind to know that he is being so well cared for.
The care manager has also been fantastic - she coordinates the visit schedule seamlessly and has dealt with numerous issues such as problems with the NHS providing his medication with calm and grace.
I wholeheartedly recommend Ultimate Complex Care to anyone looking for in-home care services for their loved one. Their caregivers' empathy and dedication are truly amazing.

We could not be happier with the service provided by Ultimate Complex Care. Both the carers and the girls in the office are always friendly and have taken a high weight off my shoulders. My grandad is clean and well looked after and pleased to see them twice a day! We couldn't wish for a better

When the care service started in early 2023 we had regular staff and it was excellent but later in 2023 different members of staff would be coming nearly every day and the level of service dropped from excellent to good, sometimes only satisfactory. My father was happier with the regular team and
the staff themselves had a good relationship with their client and they knew the routine of what their client required and the layout of their work area. The management is always approachable and very professional resolving issues quickly. Most importantly, would love to see the original regular staff team again every day.

I have been very satisfied with the care and attention that Ultimate Complex Care has provided to my mother over the last month, the staff have been very polite and caring always asking if she requires anything else to be done before they leave and making sure she is safe.

The carers coming to my husband could not be better. They are thoughtful, caring, polite and a pleasure to have in our home. Nothing seems too much trouble and I am pleased that they take the time to engage with my husband in spite of his speech making it difficult to understand him. From our
experience, I would highly recommend them.

My father has been using Ultimate Complex Care since April 2023. They do a morning visit to help Dad get up, washed and downstairs (he does have a stairlift). They then make him breakfast and do some cleaning also.
Dad can't speak highly enough of his care staff. He has never had any issues and
enjoys taking with all the different staff who help him.

I don’t like that some carers don’t speak to my mum while they are there. They are very good at their job but I think a little interaction would be nice, sometimes it’s the only person Mum will see all day!
Also, they always wash up but never dry up, I find that quite unusual. She is 92!

Ultimate Complex Care has a diverse staff; people who are patient and very kind to our son, who requires 24 hours around the clock care. They are very punctual and professional in the way they conduct themselves. We are very pleased with the services they provide to our son and we recommend them

My family has been using Complex Care Ltd to care for my dad since January. They have been very reliable and always provide extra care when needed. The staff provided are professional and caring, and always do their best for my dad. We always have the same carers which gives my dad continuity. We,
as family highly recommend Complex Care. They provide a trustworthy professional service and we know that when we can't be at home looking after our father, that he is being cared for to the standards we expect.

The staff are always very friendly and introduce themselves each visit. My mother has dementia so this is helpful and reassuring until she begins to recognise the staff after they have visited a couple of times. I was present for the first few visits to ease the way for my mother getting used to
someone else helping her and I felt that the staff listened to both me and my mother with regard to her care regime and what she wanted. They are very caring, attentive and respectful with my mother and I felt happy that they knew the routine and where everything was after the first visit.

We are very happy with the home care we have received from Ultimate Complex Care Ltd. Their carers are generally very competent and as equally important, cheery and very communicative with my wife. Any issues we have had have been followed up very quickly.

All the carers are just delightful, the care they give my dad is absolutely amazing, so kind and caring and indirectly they support my mum too. They are all a credit to themselves and the company and should all be very proud of the job they do. We love them all, they are fab, fab, fab!

A very helpful, approachable and friendly service who have worked hard to accommodate and when needed, adapt to the changing needs of my parents. Both my parents are living with dementia. Dad has been happy to accept help but Mum has been very resistant in accepting any help and this can be very
challenging. However, I'm impressed with how all the staff manage this situation.
The staff who visit my parents are punctual, patient and engaging. Lines of communication between the agency, visiting staff and myself are reliable and efficient.
Very happy to recommend this service.
