We can not fault Alina Homecare at all, they always treated mum with the utmost respect no matter how bad things got at home and as our mum's needs changed they adapted without and issue what so ever. We plan on having mum return back home once a new build which meets her needs is finished and we
will be having Alina back to look after her again. In the mean time one of mum's carer's has asked if she could visit mum in her temporary care home which made mum so happy to see a familiar face.

The carers are very friendly and take time to get to know the client, my mum in this case, they taken due time to get to know her, likes and dislikes, her routines and capabilities so are fully versed to help her in her own home.
They cope with mums good and bad times and I know the bad can be
quite testing for the carers but they manage well.
The team managers are also very nice helpful people and ready to make care adjustments short notice as needs change.

All the ladies are so friendly and my mum feels so much happier having them come to her. I would highly recommend them, nothing is too much trouble. Mum now has a live in carer and she loves having the company and someone to wake up to. Such a lovely lady, keeps her independence as much as

I don't think every one of the ladies who helped my father were brilliant but the ones I encountered really were. The service was a life-saver and came with so much professionalism, compassion, care and understanding. I am very happy and grateful to the lovely people at Alina.

Alina have visited my mother in Colchester for the last few months and have done this with excellent care, staff and communication, mainly via the Birdie app along with calls and emails.

My mother enjoys the daily visits and catching up with the carers news given her some interest , they are always on time which is important , the app works well as we can see all is ok with my mum.

A personalised compassionate and reliable service. Good communication and responsive to any queries or concerns promptly. They ensure the service meets the clients needs and staff are kind and caring.

Mum has been receiving home support since the beginning of this year, but following a fall at home, which lead to a stay in hospital, we have increased the amount of weekly visits.
The staff are all very friendly and enable Mum to remain as independent as possible. They prompt her with regards to
taking medication and give her options with regards to what she'd like at meal times.
As a family member, I can see what care and support has been provided during a visit, by logging into the app used by the carer. This gives me both peace of mind and allows me to see any unusual changes in her behaviour or mood.
Mum is very pleased with how helpful everyone is and enjoys the company.

I cannot thank the staff at Alina enough for the exceptional care they provided for my mum. Every single member of the team treated her with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. On many occasions, they went above and beyond, and for that, I will be forever grateful. I truly believe my mum
wouldn't be here today without their dedicated support.
They also supported me personally-watching the carers with my mum gave me the confidence and guidance I needed to help her myself. The amazing office staff were always there to answer my questions and offer thoughtful advice.
Alina is filled with truly remarkable people, and I will always be thankful for everything they have done for both my mum and me.

I could not have picked two more exemplary carers. The two who come to me complement each other's skills wonderfully. They have enhanced my life immeasurably, and I cannot praise them enough. They willingly carry out any task I ask of them.

My mum was very reluctant to have any help come into the house and Alina have made this gradual journey of Mum having a carer each day very easy and smooth.
Now that mum has got used to a lunch visit she is now even allowing the lovely ladies to help her with personal care allowing her to still be
as independent as she can be
I have met a few of the ladies and I can see Mum has really took to them and accepted these lovely ladies into the house.
I feel confident living away that Mum now has some company and is safe each day.
Over time as required we will increase this according to Mums needs.
Thank you to the whole team who have made this very easy. We didn't know if we had made the right decision but now we can see it was the very best decision for Mum.

It would not have been possible for my dad to have spent his final 8 months in the comfort of his own home without the exceptional care from all the carers from Alina Homecare who looked after him with unwavering dignity, kindness and patience. They also supported my mum with gentle compassion
during a very difficult time. The manager and staff in the office were always there for us and were happy to answer any questions we had. If things got tough they would reassure and support us.

My 87-year-old mother fell and broke her shoulder just over a month ago. She lives alone and is very used to her independence, but suddenly she was unable to cope physically and mentally went downhill. I knew that since I work and also look after grandchildren I could not devote as much time and
energy to her care as she needed, so researched local care providers.
I chose Alina because of the excellent reviews and am so glad I made the right choice - right from the initial assessment to the individual carers and the reassurance of being able to access the app and know that there would always be someone at the end of the phone if needed. Mum is now almost able to look after herself, but she has insisted on keeping on with the visits because she likes chatting with the carers so much and appreciates the reassurance they provide! I have been struck by their professionalism, sympathetic and understanding attitude and their kindness. Thank you: what a wonderful team!

Alina Homecare offer an excellent service. The carers are all very caring and professional. Always on time too. If visit times are inconvenient they can always be changed.
The team are always there for me as well as Dad. They look after us both. Always there as a shoulder to cry on, or a sounding
board, or very good advice.
Don’t know where we would be without them.
Highly recommend. Worth every penny.

When my 92-year-old mother came out of hospital after an operation on her hand she was determined to maintain her independence. Unfortunately, as a result of surgery, she had lost the ability to care for or look after herself and was unable to perform the very simplest of tasks without assistance.
From the very first phone call, we found all the staff at Alina Homecare to be very professional, respectful and very thorough. Mum has built a rapport with each of the carers and now really looks forward to their visits. Over a very short period of time, the carers have helped to restore her confidence and very gradually she is starting to regain some of her independence back. As a family, we would not hesitate in recommending Alina's services to anyone considering bringing carers into their homes.

We found the service by Alina to be efficient, professional and compassionate from the beginning. A comprehensive daycare plan was put together in under a week following the initial meeting with my sister. She was treated with the utmost respect, care and consideration from the outset. Everything
that was promised was delivered on time and as per the agreed plan. A radical change in timings for the first daily visit was needed after 2 or 3 days and again, this was dealt with quickly and efficiently by personnel changes. Every one of the carers treated my sister with the kindness and understanding you would expect from your own family and were professionally organised and thorough in delivering the service. When eventually my sister needed urgent hospital treatment, two of the carers stayed with her far beyond the call of duty until we could arrange transport. This typified the ethos of the whole organisation.

In all the communication I have had with the management team, they have been professional, provided

The manager and her team responded to Dad's care needs, helping to coordinate the complexity of the changing day-to-day demands. They treated Dad with care and compassion and also helped to support all of the family, particularly my mother through the end-of-life process. They were able to step up
care when necessary and Dad only had positive words to say about them.

Nothing was too much effort for the carers, and they still found time to comfort and console Dad when he needed it. Alina also provided information and guidance on how the care
