The Care worker supplied to me by Elegance Care, Houghton le Spring was the stepdaughter of my neighbour, she would arrive when she felt like it, not very late but late, she was either complaining of her bloated stomach and unable to carry out simple tasks, hungover, or sat smoking talking to her
stepmother, many many times she just went to the stepmother. I remember her telling me after she had been refused management sick pay that she was just going to sit in the office, and do nothing to teach them a lesson her bosses. Her mouth was like a potty. I am not used to foul language. So I would avoid Elegance Care 100 percent. This review may seem harsh but the carer was a nasty lady and continued to harass me after I reported her to the city council.
