I cannot say enough wonderful things about Visiting Angels. From the moment we reached out, their team showed genuine care, professionalism, and compassion. They took the time to understand our family's needs and created a personalized care plan that made all the difference. The caregivers are incredibly kind, reliable, and attentive-they treat my loved one with the same respect and warmth as a family member. Communication with the office staff has been seamless, and they are always responsive and accommodating with any schedule changes or special requests. I've been using carers for my mother for the last 6 months the care she is receiving is excellent I wish I had done this sooner my mother has been so much happier and I have more to talk about her day with me about her care

Visiting Angels has supported our family over a few very difficult years. They have been kind, caring and willing to do whatever I required at the time. My parent's needs could change at very short notice, and they have always reacted quickly to any changes I’ve requested. They have provided peace of mind at times when I was unable to visit my parents.

From the moment I contacted Visiting Angels, the service has been wonderful. The first meeting at home was so relaxed and professional, it made both my husband and myself have complete confidence in the support that they were going to provide for my husband. For the first time in twenty months, I felt a weight being lifted from my shoulders and to know that they are always there for me should I need any extra support.

Visiting Angels treat me as a human being, are friendly and helpful and keen to ensure they are doing what I want done in the manner I would do it. They are invaluable.

The carers are taking good care of my husband and are a great help to me - picking up prescriptions or other things I need. Making sure we have what we need for the day and taking out rubbish from the bins.

Visiting Angels have been looking after Mum for a number of months now. The level of care is outstanding and the team are always on hand to help, provide solutions and recommendations to help Mum's wellbeing. Mum enjoys their visit and the extra companionship this has provided. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels to assist with the care of loved ones and I can confirm that the care is excellent. This has helped to ease some of my worries as I know the team will keep a close eye on my mum. We keep in touch regularly and they let me know if there are concerns straight away.

Extremely good company. All staff very helpful and caring. Mum is very happy as she sees the same people during visits and this is very reassuring for her. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for care for yourself or a relative.

Generally, a very good service and the management are easily available. The staff are pleasant and helpful with extra assistance.

We have used the Visiting Angels team for my dad since he was diagnosed with dementia, Mum is disabled too. They are flexible and adaptable to situations that arise. Nothing is too much trouble for them and the staff are well trained

I live in an annexe on my son's farm. I look forward to the carers coming each morning, to get me up for the day. They are a grand lot (at times I wish I had them all the time). I had a fall and broke my hip over a year ago and now use a walking frame. Before my fall, I was active and managed my own affairs. I feel doing my exercises (physio) daily, has helped strengthen my hip.
