We have been so happy with the care provided for my mother. The carers are consistently punctual, reliable, and deeply caring. It is a huge comfort to know my loved one is treated with dignity and respect. The management team also communicates clearly with us about any changes. Highly recommend!

My relative has over the last 2 months increased her visits from Visiting Angels. She has at last accepted an hours visit to watch me shower her which I have being doing for at least 12 years. Over the last 2 years her visits have increased slowly and she has come to accept them. V.A are reliable and very pleasant.

My grandparent started care in November. Care went from once a week to daily with my grandparents enjoying all the ladies that visit them. My nan has started eating better and even accepting help for showering which has been quite a challenge in the family. Couldn't recommend the care form Visiting Angels anymore.

Visiting Angels has supported our family over a few very difficult years. They have been kind, caring and willing to do whatever I required at the time. My parent's needs could change at very short notice, and they have always reacted quickly to any changes I’ve requested. They have provided peace of mind at times when I was unable to visit my parents.

The first meeting at home was so relaxed and professional, it made both my husband and myself have complete confidence in the support that they were going to provide for my husband. For the first time in twenty months, I felt a weight being lifted from my shoulders and to know that they are always there for me should I need any extra support.

Visiting Angels treat me as a human being, are friendly and helpful and keen to ensure they are doing what I want done in the manner I would do it. They are invaluable.

The carers are taking good care of my husband and are a great help to me - picking up prescriptions or other things I need. Making sure we have what we need for the day and taking out rubbish from the bins.

Visiting Angels have been looking after Mum for a number of months now. The level of care is outstanding and the team are always on hand to help, provide solutions and recommendations to help Mum's wellbeing.
