I live in an annexe on my son's farm. I look forward to the carers coming each morning, to get me up for the day. They are a grand lot (at times I wish I had them all the time). I had a fall and broke my hip over a year ago and now use a walking frame. Before my fall, I was active and managed my own affairs. I feel doing my exercises (physio) daily, has helped strengthen my hip.
The carers are excellent, thoughtful and friendly.

I have been in the care sector for nearly 18 years; throughout that time, I have seen some amazing examples of care. My passion for quality person-centred care is at the heart of everything I do, whether it be through training, team meetings or supervision, where caregivers are supported, secure and happy in their role, they provide a higher quality of care.
