We'll definitely pass your comments on to the carers. They'll be really pleased to know the effort they put into learning how to apply the straps properly has made things easier and more comfortable for you. Taking the time to get those details right matters, especially with preventative care.
It's also great to hear they're helping out with bits around the house when they can. For us, good care isn't just about completing tasks, it's about building a real connection and making everyday life feel that little bit smoother.

The facilities are clean, well maintained, and designed to support residents' safety and mobility.
The staff are truly exceptional. They are kind, patient, and respectful, always taking the time to listen and care for our grandmother with genuine compassion. She is treated as an individual, not just a resident, which has greatly improved her confidence and wellbeing. The team support her daily needs while encouraging independence wherever possible.
Communication with the family has been excellent, giving us reassurance and peace of mind. We would highly recommend this care home to other families.

From the initial visit by the staff to the arrival of the carers, I could not of wished for a more caring treatment.
The procedure was excellent, simple and straight forward.
The policy of carer continuity
the impression I get is that all the carers are similar.
It is interesting how kindly they talk about the organisation, which leads me to believe that the management respect their staff and this reflects in the staff's attitude and service to the patient.
So thank you VA for providing such an excellent service over many months which is helping me recover
