Visiting Angels have been providing care for my father for several months now , including overnight care . The quality of care they have provided has been consistently excellent and has enabled dad to stay at home . Nothing is too much trouble , the staff are patient and caring and strike the perfect balance between delivering a professional, caring and vital service in a very friendly and engaged manner . The administration and communication from Visiting Angels is consistently excellent, which along with caring for dad so wonderfully brings us great peace of mind .

They have been fantastic at interacting with my sister, showing patience, kindness and genuine care throughout every visit. The care my mother in law received from Visiting Angels care team was excellent. The carers were friendly, empathetic, caring, diligent, and became part of the family very quickly. Farzana was always at the end of the telephone when changes needed to be made to mums care plan and any changes were expedited quickly and efficiently. Mum came first in all aspects of care provision and it has been a pleasure working alongside Visiting Angels. The safety of mum was paramount to everyone involved and there were many times when care hours needed increasing to ensure mums safety and Farzana was always there to guide and support us. My mum became very close to her carers trusting them to support her and I know she was very sad to leave them. Having people to take care of a loved one is very difficult as they are strangers in your mums home, however it soon became apparent that we need to have worried and this is due to the excellent support and care given by Farzana and the care team.

I have experienced excellent communication from them and most importantly my parents are extremely grateful for the considered care and support provided by their "visiting angel".

Magda came to introduce Dad to two wonderful ladies, who are both fabulous. They are so caring, and he has really got to know and trust them. It's lovely that he sees the same two familiar faces rather than lots of different people coming into his home. I am so grateful to the whole team for making a stressful situation so much easier for me.

Mum lives in a retirement development in Ascot and, after suffering a fall that required a hip replacement, she was worried that she might not be able to return to the place she loves so much. We were also concerned about how she would manage when she came home. Magda from Visiting Angels came to assess her while she was still in hospital and had everything ready for her discharge.

When Magda said that they take the time to match carers with clients based on their personalities, she really meant it. Mum's carers are a perfect match for her kind, reliable and so well suited to her personality. She genuinely looks forward to seeing them. Having such lovely, consistent support locally has made a huge difference to Mum.

Visiting Angels were our first choice when it came to looking for a carer for mum. The website made us feel like they would look after her as if she were their own and they did not fail in any aspect. From the first home visit to the hour daily care mum recieved, the 5 staff/carers we had the pleasure of meeting were all full of a beautiful kindess, caring and compassionate nature. Something I particularly appreciated was that both carers were happy to spend time simply chatting with me. As I am not used to spending the day at home on my own, having that companionship made a real difference and helped prevent me from feeling lonely. It may seem like a small thing, but I believe this personal touch is a particularly valuable quality in home care, and I benefited from it enormously. Very highly recommended.

Visiting Angels not only enabled my mum to remain at home during the last few months of her life, but their visits bought joy and even laughter to an increasingly sad situation. They also helped my brother and I deal with the inevitability of mum passing by us knowing that at times when we couldn't be there, they would have visited and bought a smile to mum's face. Their professionalism was exemplary, both at management and individual carer level. We received consistent carers who built up honest and open relationships with mum and the wider family. We know that there were cheaper options for care and towards the end of mums life we did receive frequent visits from NHS providers but the personal attention to detail from Visiting Angels was worth every penny. In reflecting on mums final weeks I know we did everything to abide by her wishes to remain at home and could only have done that with the engagement of Visiting Angels.

Girls very pleasant and helpful they came very promptly and I was pleased to see them. We are so grateful for a firm such as this when families are in need of help.

There is an amazing team of carers working for this company. They really do care for and care about their clients and it has been a pleasure to have them involved with my aunt, who is delightful, but like all of us , can be difficult at times. They are very rarely late to their calls, and usually manage to advise me if they are running late. Their kindness and their care is exemplary.

Visiting Angels were recommended to me by a friend at a crucial time when our family were struggling with the care and decline of my dad's health. I had spoken to several care providers but when I rang Visiting Angels they just said all the things that I so desperately needed to hear as to what help they could provide. It had taken over a year to persuade my parents to finally accept some care as they are very independent and saw care as an intrusion of their privacy. After a meeting between the care manager, a senior carer and my family together a care plan was set and my parents were reassured every step of the way. It was hard at first, my parents did not like strangers in the house, but we persevered and now three months later we are lucky to have regular carers who are empathetic, supportive, encouraging, and kind who work closely with our family so that for now our parents can live independently at home. We could not manage without them and would highly recommend.

I would very much recommend this care company to others

We have been using care staff from Visiting Angels for both my parents since the beginning of July. The agency were amazing about putting care in place at short notice and we have been very happy with the service we have received. My mother has dementia and my father has limited mobility, and they have a carer for 3 hours, 6 mornings a week. During the week they have the same carer who they have become very fond of and she looks after their needs so well. She helps with personal care for them both, as well as general help in the home. She is very patient and caring, and goes above and beyond to do things to help them. On Saturdays they have a different carer, usually one of a few that they now know well, depending on who is available. Continuity and building a bond with their carer/s was so important to my parents (and to me, knowing that they were happy with whoever is looking after them) and this was achieved within a couple of weeks.

The managers of the company are very supportive, listen carefully to any concerns or issues which arise and are responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending this care company.

As a daughter, I also feel incredibly supported and listened to. When Mum has been in hospital, Pooja and Shelley have been there to reassure me, answer my questions and help me navigate what can They care for Mum with their hearts as well as their professionalism, and I am incredibly grateful for the support they give us both.
