I would very much recommend this care company to others

We have been using care staff from Visiting Angels for both my parents since the beginning of July. The agency were amazing about putting care in place at short notice and we have been very happy with the service we have received. My mother has dementia and my father has limited mobility, and they have a carer for 3 hours, 6 mornings a week. During the week they have the same carer who they have become very fond of and she looks after their needs so well. She helps with personal care for them both, as well as general help in the home. She is very patient and caring, and goes above and beyond to do things to help them. On Saturdays they have a different carer, usually one of a few that they now know well, depending on who is available. Continuity and building a bond with their carer/s was so important to my parents (and to me, knowing that they were happy with whoever is looking after them) and this was achieved within a couple of weeks.

The managers of the company are very supportive, listen carefully to any concerns or issues which arise and are responsive. I have no hesitation in recommending this care company.

As a daughter, I also feel incredibly supported and listened to. When Mum has been in hospital, Pooja and Shelley have been there to reassure me, answer my questions and help me navigate what can They care for Mum with their hearts as well as their professionalism, and I am incredibly grateful for the support they give us both.

Visiting Angels supported us over the last year as my mum urgently needed more help at home following a medical incident. The piece of mind this provided to my mum and our whole family has been huge. The team have been incredibly responsive and adapted to our and my mum's needs with professionalism, flexibility and a caring approach. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very friendly, supportive and caring staff. Understanding and accommodating. Easy to contact and work with when changing hours, tasks etc. The app is very helpful. Its reassuring to receive clear and prompt updates on how each visit goes. If asked I would recommend the service!

We employed Visiting Angels East Lancashire 3 months ago to care for an elderly relative who had come through 5 weeks hospital care and 4 weeks respite care in a nursing home. VA now provide 24-hour care and do an amazing job looking after our relative at home. The care staff are delightful and work hard to keep our relative safe and happy. They maintain the day-to-day functioning of the house and keep it clean, prepare meals, wash clothes and bedding as well as provide reassurance and companionship. Farzana has been incredible throughout and it is good to know that she has your back. Our relative has genuine affection for the staff and gets to see fresh faces and has attentive help whenever she needs it. We can monitor all this through the Birdie App. We would not hesitate to use the services of Visiting Angels East Lancashire again and we would recommend their services to anybody needing trusted assistance for their relatives. Care from Visiting Angels is still ongoing.

Would Recommend using there services to look after your loved Ones.

The app they use was fantastic for our family, as it allowed us to read updates after each of his 5 daily visits. When the time came for Dad to transition into a care home, they were right there supporting us through that step, too. We are so grateful for everything they did for our family.

My experience with the care provider was excellent. I had really good customer service with this care agency and Mathew was great at setting up the care package. He addressed any concerns that I had. I had really good support from the office staff. Gail was superb! The two carers that visited frequently Nosheen and Marisa were a also fantastic at delivering the appropriate care. You can tell that this care agency really takes pride in producing good quality carers and putting customer service first. Mathew thank you again for all your support and efforts.

Our review was very productive today. We discussed how much our carer had done for us. How he had helped my husband to regain his confidence to return to driving. We also discussed all medical issues and brought things up to date.

My husband has Alzheimer's disease and he is cared for at home by my daughter & myself. Visiting Angels provides respite support for us, Visiting Angels took geat care in matching a carer to care for us. Our carer provides personal care, stimulation and light housekeeping duties. our carer is kind, compassionate and professional and gives us the space to follow activities which give us space to be ourselves for a while. We all look forward to the visits and she is part of the family team who helps to keep my husband happy & comfortable at home.

The staff were very helpful towards my father in law. They did what was asked of them ( even when I left a note because my father in law wasn't very forthcoming). They kept intouch through phone calls and emails giving us relevant information or asking us questions to help their care for an elderly man.
