Visiting Angels have made such a difference to my mothers health. She has improved so much after she came out of hospital. The Angels are all very caring and do a brilliant job. From the start they have helped me in dealing with NHS care or no care when she came out of hospital. They are easy to contact
and efficient. I would highly recommend Visiting Angels.

My Dad's carers are really lovely--kind, attentive, and experienced. Those who have been supporting him regularly--Andrew, Manpreet, Vivian, Helane and Frederica, have taken the time to understand his routine, which has made a real difference to his comfort and wellbeing. I'm also very pleased with
the service overall. The office team is responsive and approachable, and any concerns we've had have been dealt with promptly and professionally.

The staff at Visiting Angels have supported my client for some time now, they are always professional. Recently, my client went on her first holiday in 8 years with two staff members and her family. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly which made the whole weekend really pleasant for everyone.

Have found the wonderful angels truly special. They are always kind, gentle and respectful. My mum is in hospital at the moment and the lovely Skye has been visiting her had the hospital. This has really lifted her mood an helped with her recovery. Our family are so glad we found them.

I have been very happy with the care I have received. Staff are cheerful and reliable. They have been willing to do all I have asked of them. I have had the consistent care of one helper recently and all much happier with that arrangement. At first I had a variety of staff.

My Mum needed carers to help her get up in the morning, shower , dress and settle her downstairs with breakfast and tea.
We requested female carers which was no problem for Visiting Angels.
My Mum loved the carers and looked forward to seeing them everyday. They were kind,caring and cheerful.
Nothing was too much trouble. They were never in a rush and always found time for a chat.
I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent company with highly competent and caring staff. Their medical knowledge is helpful and they'll drop everything and come for emergencies. Their charges are on the high side but you do get what you pay for.

Visiting Angels have offered exceptional care to my mum (aged 93 who has dementia and mobility issues) and my dad, aged 91. They have been supporting my parents for 2 years and have offered friendship, care and support in my parents own home. Each and every carer has shown respect and when a new carer
has been introduced, this has been done with sensitivity. The care package we have needed has had to be changed frequently and the management of the company has been exceptional, offering flexibility and tailor made packages to meet our needs. I can't recommend them highly enough, they are absolute life savers and my parents have loved them. Thank you.

Mandeep or Mandy as she is known to family and friends alike is very good. She carried out her work in caring for two old people both in their 90s very well from more then eight months it never easy i am blind person and my wife as a lower level Alzheimer disease mandy copes extremely well she does
this while doing all the household chores efficiently and with good grace. She also is a Companion with a good sense of humour. We can not fault her as a long term live in carer and hope we do not lose her to another person.

The visiting angels (or as we called them mums angels ) have been amazing in the 4 months that we have used before mum went into a care home.
The advice and guidance that has been given has been invaluable. From the knowledge of dementia and medical issues. Has many times helped to get extra support
from the GP and other departments.
The help ensuring practical things have been put into place in the home, which helped mum so much.
The ladies are always cheerful and engaging in conversation with mum. Helping to get her up in the morning , getting into the shower and dressed. A bug thank you to Shelly, Pooja, Bridgett and Charn.
The app that visiting angels use is incredible as I could see after each visit what had taken place.
My only one regret is that I didn't find visiting angels sooner. To help support mum and myself in so many ways.

The carer were lovely ladies, with good intentions but so new to the UK with very limited English that they could not provide me with the care needed. It was a struggle to explain and guide them to identify food items, how appliances worked and soon the hour was over, a great deal of effort had been
expended without much food and water coming my way. It was all about the money, sticking to contract rather than providing suitable and appropriate care.

Mum really values the support received, even though she doesn't allow the carers to do as much as they would like.
She loves the routine, speaks highly of them all and enjoys their company as she is housebound. Mum has definitely become more comfortable and able to engage in conversation with the
carers.
The daily reports are a really useful insight for us to see what's going on.
Shelley and Pooja share concerns quickly and professionally, whilst being proactive , and informative .
