Dad was very very reluctant to have any kind of care at all. The family persuaded him to at least try Visiting Angels as they had been recommended by a family friend. Having them visit 3 times a week for an hour has made a magnificent difference to dads well being and outlook. Although the care isn't
every day we feel that if required we can get the support we need and dad will feel comfortable. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

We've been using Visiting Angels to support our brother for several months now, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From our very first meeting, the team took the time to understand our family's needs and to match us with a caregiver who is not only professional but also genuinely
kind and compassionate.
Our brother looks forward to each visit - his Angel has made a real difference in both his confidence and independence at home. The communication from the office has also been excellent they're always responsive, flexible, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly.
As a family, having Visiting Angels' support has given me/us peace of mind and reassurance that our brother is in safe, caring hands. We couldn't recommend them more highly to anyone looking for quality, person-centrerd home care.

Mums care is excellent and the office staff always available if we need to make any changes to mums care plan. The Angels are always on time and ensure that mum gets a warm meal everyday and her personal care always managed with respect and dignity. I would recommend this company highly as it gives
me peace of mind knowing that someone is taking care of mum and she doesn't need to go into a care home.

Following a fall at home I needed some help during my recovery period and found Visiting Angels. I was initially concerned about needing to ask for help as I am a very independent person but after meeting them I was very impressed with their kindness and care. They helped me to regain my confidence
in looking after myself again and were so kind and it was a real pleasure to see them on the days they came to visit. With their support it relieved my family of the pressure of re arranging the whole of their lives to take care of me and enabled them to feel happy that I was being supported. I would have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise.
I have no hesitation in recommending their services and cannot praise them highly enough.

About a year ago I switched Care Providers to Visiting Angels for a friend that I look after. Their care has been impeccable and I am reassured that my friend is now very well looked after. All the visiting care providers are both caring and efficient carrying out pre agreed tasks contacting me occasionally
when necessary. It means that I no longer have to worry about the quality of care that my friend receives. I find the app very useful as it shows what has been done on a daily basis. I am able to contact manager Joanne if necessary (like dealing with medical appointments) and we review every 6 months or so. Whilst all the staff are excellent, in particular I find Joanne helpful, very professional and always able to deal with any matters we discuss in a friendly efficient way.

Have only been dealing with Visiting Angels for a couple of weeks, but so far they have lived up to their name and I can't fault them. My elderly father's health deteriorated suddenly, and we needed help quickly. But we also needed flexibility as things were initially changing on a daily basis, and
it was difficult to determine exactly what was needed. Reassuring and fuss-free, Visiting Angels met this need. They have provided an excellent tailored service and all the staff have been friendly, caring and competent.

My Mum, Mary has been a client of Visiting Angels since September 2024, with daily morning visits. My Mum has mixed dementia but with VA help, lives independently. The morning visit just gets her day started well with company and prompting for personal hygiene, fresh clothes as well as preparing breakfast
, a sandwich for lunch and a suitable ready meal which she is able to microwave for herself.
Mum has loved all of the visiting carers and always seems to be cheerful , exchanging stories from her life.
Their support has been a life-saver to me and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

My mother had visiting angels for a short while but she was very pleased with the service. The carer was friendly and established a good rapport with my mother very quickly. It was important for us to have someone my mother felt comfortable with and she did so immediately.
I would recommend the
service for anyone who needs support in their home.

Excellent, diligent and empathetic care. Visiting Angels have been providing care for my parents since September. From the initial meeting to assess needs, the support in ensuring what financial support is available to the carers being chosen to ensure consistency and compatibility with clients it has
been a really great experience. My parents were reticient about having care, but both now look forward to the carers visits and have a great relationship with them - they inspire my mum and encourage her to regain mobility and they make her laugh - a true tonic! I have direct contact with the care manager. The carers are supberb, whether its providing personal care, preparing a meal, or just spotting things to make my parents lives easier. The agency interacts brilliantly with other services (eg OT) and support that as part of their visits. The app is hugely reassuring in being able to see in real time what has happened during care visit, what they have eaten and their general wellbeing.

I have been a client of Visiting Angels since last May to help care for my wife who has Alzheimer's, the continuity of staff, caring nature plus attention to detail have proved second to none. The home manager and director are always making sure all staff go the extra mile to satisfy the person's needs,
important things like picking up prescriptions plus making vital phone calls on behalf of the client.
The special emergency line service actually works as I have found out firsthand, I have nothing but thanks and lots of praise for this company.
