I can't speak highly enough about the team. Bought in to 'assist to independence' for my elderly father post major back surgery, the team have been amazing and kind and patient, my father has made amazing progress both physically and with his confidence, I really think the Angels contributed to his success. Thank you to Isabelle, Esmail and Gayle! Thanks also to Taryn who has assisted me, communication has been fabulous!

My elderly cousins have been looked after by an angel in disguise called Mandeep (Mandy). This lady is exceptional. She is kind, patient and friendly at all times. My cousins have never been happier and I pray that she does not leave. She is intelligent and has wonderful conversations with Dave, reading to him and keeping his mind off his pain. She has never ending patience with Liz, who unfortunately does not recognise many people any more, but she loves Mandy. Her presence has made life so much easier. As I live far away, I can have peace of mind that she is always there and always looking after them as part of the family.

There are not enough words to say how wonderful The visiting Angels are. After the very first moment we met Fazanna we knew they were the right people to care for firstly our Mum then latterly our Dad. They hold the same values we have Trust, partnership, care and love. Letting someone into your home who you don't really know is incredibly hard. We need not have worried. We will continue to sing their praises as they truly deserve it. Nothing at all is too much for them! Nothing but respect and thanks for each and everyone of them.

From the very first contact, communication was clear, professional and reassuring, which has made a difficult time much easier to manage. The carers have been consistently kind, respectful, and compassionate, taking the time to understand our needs and routines. The management team has also been both excellent and responsive to questions, flexible when circumstances change, and proactive in checking that everything is going well. Since the beginning, the support I receive is outstanding. They have allowed me to built a fantastic relationship. I feel a different person, they have gone over and beyond in the support that I have been given.

We have had a good experience with Visiting Angels. The managers are helpful and respond quickly to enquiries, and they try and be flexible with adding more carer shifts. The carers are polite and patient and follow the care plans. My dad gets on well with them. I like that they use an app to capture visit notes. At the beginning there were a few things to resolve, but once we got into a routine everything has been really smooth and we've been with them for almost 6 months now!

We use Visiting Angels to enable our mother to continue living in her own home. They help her with showering dressing and preparation of meals. The carers are exceptionally caring and very professional. They make our mum feel very comfortable and other reassurance when she is anxious.

Pauline is very friendly & the extra bit of companionship for my mum is proving very beneficial. As a family it gives us a bit of peace of mind knowing that on the days we cannot get there due to work commitments, mum is getting that vital visit.

We have nothing but praise for the kindness and care offered by Visiting Angels. We are particularly impressed with the friendliness and attention of detail shown by the carers. Our 98 year old mum always looks weel-dressed and cared for, the house is tidy and well-organised. The carers encourage mum to exercise and have taken her out for a walk or coffee at the local cafe. Visiting Angels have always been in close communications with us re any issues as well as her general needs. Mum has formed particularly close attatchments to some of the carers and looks forward to all the carers visits. Thank you Visiting Angels.

I have been with the angels about 3 mths and find them wonderful. The two carers we have are brilliant, and look after our needs perfect.

The service has been amazing from the office to the carers. We have two carers who actually Care and my Mum likes having the Ladies here. The office is supporting in allocating at short notice doing Hospital Visits The office Team supported Hospital Discharge in Febuary and supported that to discharge. I feel my mum is in good hands when I am not at home with her Carers they are punctual. It has been a good experiance where I was dubious in getting extra suppprt now I have increased the days. My grandparent started care in November. Care went from once a week to daily with my grandparents enjoying all the ladies that visit them. My nan has started eating better and even accepting help for showering which has been quite a challenge in the family. Couldn't recommend the care form Visiting Angels anymore.
