The staff were very helpful towards my father in law. They did what was asked of them ( even when I left a note because my father in law wasn't very forthcoming). They kept intouch through phone calls and emails giving us relevant information or asking us questions to help their care for an elderly man.

We found them very professional with friendly, willing staff.

From our first enquiry Visiting Angels responded promptly, but what really stood out was the time and care they invested in getting to know both our family and most importantly my mum. They took the time to listen and understand her personality, interests, routines, and individual needs. This approach was invaluable in building trust and creating a genuine rapport between my mum and her carer. Entrusting the care of a loved one to someone else is never an easy decision, but from the moment we met my mum's wonderful carer, we felt completely at ease. Their professionalism and genuine compassion gave us total confidence that she was in the very best hands. They consistently go above and beyond in every aspect of her care. Seeing mum happy, relaxed, and smiling has been incredibly reassuring. The team is always flexible, and willing to adapt to my mum's changing needs. Their communication is excellent, and care provided is exceptional, delivered with warmth, dignity, and genuine kindness.

Excellent tailored approach to care-giving. Response times were fast and representatives reassuring. Consistency and communication have been great. I have not been present at all the sessions, but am getting good feedback. I would definitely recommend Visiting Angels without hesitation.

We are delighted with the dedication and friendliness of those from Visiting Angels North Kent caring for my 87-year-old father who has early stage Alzheimer's. They established trust right from the start, and showed great understanding. We felt completely confident when he was in their hands. Sadly we have had to move to a different care provider for operational reasons, but we can highly recommend Visiting Angels North Kent, whose individual touch makes all the difference.

An incredible and very professional team of amazing people. The care received from them is carefully tailored to help my mother remain living independently, safely and securely in her own home. Our elderly mother (94 years young) has been in the care of visiting angels for a few years now, she initially only needed help once a week, as she was too proud to admit she needed help, over time, this has progressed to daily hourly visits in the morning with help for taking meds and help showering, as well as evening visits to ensure she has a meal and check she is ok before bed. Being an independent and proud lady she was reluctant at first but visiting angels won her trust and we were able to increase the help she needed over time. This has enabled her to remain living at home, chat to kind people everyday as well as receive the care she needs. The name 'visiting Angels' is exactly what we her carers are. As her daughter living over an hour away, I feel reassured she is receiving the right care delivered by 'friends' to remain independent and in the knowledge our mother is safe and looked after. She considers her carers as friends and looks forward to seeing them.

This is the second time we have used Visiting Angels, first for mum, back in October 2025 and then mum in law in the last few weeks. Could not fault them on both occasions. Choosing care for a loved one is traumatic enough but the kindness, compassion and understanding from Dillion and Verity went a long way to making the whole process much easier to navigate. No hard sell, just listening and offering solutions to think about. The care was in place as soon as we needed it, and nothing was too much trouble to sort or explain. The carers had been excellent communicating how both mums were getting on, and taking the time to understand their preferences, likes and dislikes and accommodating them. Could not recommend highly enough!

We have been so happy with the care provided for my mother. The carers are consistently punctual, reliable, and deeply caring. It is a huge comfort to know my loved one is treated with dignity and respect. The management team also communicates clearly with us about any changes. Highly recommend!

I cannot thank Visiting Angels enough in the care of looking after my elderly mum. James and the team in the Reading area have been vital for helping my mum at her home. Sometimes I've had an emergency and needed unscheduled help as soon as possible, and I've got to say they managed to get someone to help at really short notice. I've found the carers to be mostly professional and friendly throughout, with some clearly going up and beyond their call of duty.

My mum has had care from Visiting Angels for over a year now at home and their care and attention to all her needs is exemplary. I cannot fault them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing care

My relative has over the last 2 months increased her visits from Visiting Angels. She has at last accepted an hours visit to watch me shower her which I have being doing for at least 12 years. Over the last 2 years her visits have increased slowly and she has come to accept them. V.A are reliable and very pleasant.

Visiting Angels have been great! Everyone is extremely professional, caring and friendly. They really listened to the needs of our whole family in order to put an individual care plan in place for my elderly Mum, which has allowed her to stay living at home for another year. They have been flexible, happy to change the day to day plan when it was helpful and extremely good at keeping in touch, checking in regularly and letting us know about any updates. We were always informed of any change of planned caregiver, all arrived on time, always willing to help with whatever was needed. We would definitely recommend a call to Visiting Angels to discuss your needs, if you are considering care at home for a loved one.

I contacted Visiting Angels as a matter of urgency. My adult son is severely disabled - cerebral palsy, epilepsy, fed via tube, autistic, full time wheelchair user and relies upon others for all of his needs including medical. Unfortunately, I had become very unwell and needed to be hospitalised with severe pneumonia on 3 different occasions. Visiting Angels stepped in very quickly and provided care for my son working alongside his core team. My main aim was to keep my son happy and within his own home. I was Unfortunately very poorly for most of last year but, with the help, the loving care towards my son then, I was able to rest and recover. I highly recommend Visiting Angels for all levels of care needs, they go over and above to support their clients. I have found over the past 22 years that not all care companies offer the same dedication and care. The team at visiting Angels worked closely with my sons core team. Thank-you
