Visiting Angels West London

The Visiting Angels West London team have provided a wonderful service for my Dad since October 2021 until his recent death. His team provided excellent care, dealing with his daily personal care needs, preparing meals, and doing laundry and ironing. They dealt with the occasional emergency efficiently, with understanding and kindness. Backup from the office was always there if needed and we always felt supported by them. The Angels made it possible for him to stay in his own home which was so important to him, and he looked forward to their visits and chats. We felt they became part of the family. Thank you! We'll miss you.

Visiting Angels West London. This is one of the most wonderful care agencies that have provided a terrific service for my dad. Nothing was too much and they even had a care plan for the cat too. I have recently started using Visiting Angels to assist my grandma. The process from start to finish has been really excellent. I initially spoke to the operations manager, who gave a detailed and very professional outline of the services they provide. The operations manager advised that the manager would go to meet my grandma and assess what they think is needed. We were given options of carers and decided that one staff member in particular would be the best fit for my Grandma. This staff member has been nothing short of brilliant and my Grandma really looks forward to her visits. We are delighted with Visiting Angels and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have been using Visiting Angels for nearly a year now, and they pay 2-3 daily visits to my parents to tend to both of them. After many false starts with other care providers, Visiting Angels have proven to be a cut above the rest: the quality of training they provide results in them attracting the very best carers, and the Senior Team really listened - and continue to listen - to our needs in order to match my parents’ with the right carers. They put together very thorough, individualised care plans so that nothing is missed out, and the plans evolve over time as necessary. These are all contributing factors to the outstanding quality of care provided, and they do so much more than simply tend - my parents have grown to adore their carers. The Senior Team are always available if you need them, and they really do listen. My parents’ carers really are Angels - as I keep reminding them. We are so very grateful.

Rather than feeling like a name on a database the care team know us really well, give a care solution that is tailored to our needs and is flexible. Always on time, never rushed, gentle, kind, diplomatic and professional. It's a team thing and this team really work well.
