I have had Visiting Angels for over a year now and I find them polite, kind + helpful in many ways. I cannot do online phoning + help with my TV + internet work is most appreciated. I find them caring, considerate + punctual and treated with dignity. I am so grateful I came across them + thank them
for their support.

All employees are a delight to work with. Very empathetic to my needs, always polite,and able to follow my needs and wishes.All know what help I need with my daily routine and Offer support on a consistent basis. Always arrive with a cheery hello nd a smile.


All have a cheerful manner throughout

their session with me. Every carer I have had has been cheerful and upbeat.

Our experience with Visiting Angels has been nothing short of outstanding. The initial enquiry through Elmira and the initial face to face review with Matthew were professionally and warmly handled. The carers have been consistent in their arrival times and the care shown to my mum has been exemplary
with minor process changes readily handled once again by Matthew. Topping it all, the online system has meant that we have been kept fully in the loop regarding Mum's care within seconds of each visit.
We are all highly delighted with the service we have had over the last few months and cannot recommend Visiting Angels South Manchester highly enough.

I am really pleased with the service that has been provided for my relative, they are always helpful and willing to accommodate changes in lifestyle. Matt and Elmira do a brilliant job organizing, and have helped a lot visiting themselves. Elmira has dropped off stuff in her own time on birthdays and
I could not recommend them enough. A special mention for Katie as well who provides award winning service.

Whilst we was having family emergency the ladies helping to care for my mother made sure my mum had all her needs meet. My mum enjoys the company and chatting with them. Nothing seem to much trouble, mum always tells me that there very nice with her.

This was our first time of getting carers for dad. Having sat in A&E for eternity, realising that we really needed some help, I searched and found Visiting Angels and was impressed with the feedback. I emailed them in the very late evening, not expecting to get a reply as quickly as we did but by
6.30am the following morning they had responded to my questions. This is an example of their dedication and commitment to caring for others. Communication is excellent, the Carers are so respectful and mindful of privacy and independence, such that we had no hesitation. Dad looks forward to seeing them, their visits are never rushed and they always leave him feeling better than when they went in. As a family we cannot thank them enough.

The carers have been attending our home for 18 months and in that time they have been providing an excellent service in looking after my partners elderly mother, nothing is to much trouble for her bedridden mother in this difficult time for us both, everything is taken care of to a high standard and
takes away all our worries.

Visiting Angels give my 90 year old mum an excellent level of care. Nothing is to much trouble the staff are understanding patient and approachable. Communication is great with them and they are very respectful towards my mum. I highly recommend the service that Visiting Angels provide.

My first time having to get carers for my 86 year old mum. From first contact they were thoroughly professional but also very warm and caring. I needed someone to care for my mum whilst I went on holiday, we had an introduction visit before I went away which was great so mum could meet the carers.

I am disabled and struggle with some things. Usually, my wife is around to help with these things but she was planning to visit our son and family, who live abroad. Because of my disability, I am unable to accompany her. Many homecare services offer a minimum of 1 month, but Visiting Angels South Manchester
was happy to provide just 3 days of service. Initially, I received assessment visits from the Manager and the CEO. These were very pleasant and informative; they put me at ease. The tasks that were undertaken by my three homecare visits were very helpful to me, but the most important aspect of it all was the peace of mind that my wife and I had because I was well supported while she was away. We will be very happy to use Visiting Angels again and highly recommend them.

Visiting Angels (South Manchester) is aptly named. Because they really are Angels! Their levels of professionalism, care, kindness and efficiency are just outstanding and I cannot praise them highly enough. A particular staff member has been like a breath of fresh air coming into my parent's home and
caring for my dad and at the same time being wonderful company for my mum. She always has a smile, (no matter how difficult my dad is being!) gets her job done to an excellent and very high standard and leaves them both much more cheerful and most importantly well cared for. The Management team are equally as wonderful and caring. Always checking in with me to make sure things are going well and so friendly and approachable. Even called me to check on Dad after he had a fall. Just outstanding service from start to finish. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you for all you do, you have changed my parent's lives and my life so much and in such a positive way.
