in advance when a carer is coming, and what the session will involve. Occasionally I have had to move a session due to other appointments, they have also been able to accommodate me. All the team have a friendly manner and make sure that my daily routine follows the same efficient schedule. The management team have checked several times with me that I am happy with the care I receive. I have every confidence in all members of the team who have been extremely well trained to a high standard. The care I receive and the response from management of any changes I need to make have all been exemplary.

6.30am the following morning they had responded to my questions. This is an example of their dedication and commitment to caring for others. Communication is excellent, the Carers are so respectful and mindful of privacy and independence, such that we had no hesitation. Dad looks forward to seeing them, their visits are never rushed and they always leave him feeling better than when they went in. As a family we cannot thank them enough.

was happy to provide just 3 days of service. Initially, I received assessment visits from the Manager and the CEO. These were very pleasant and informative; they put me at ease. The tasks that were undertaken by my three homecare visits were very helpful to me, but the most important aspect of it all was the peace of mind that my wife and I had because I was well supported while she was away. We will be very happy to use Visiting Angels again and highly recommend them.

She always has a smile, (no matter how difficult my dad is being!) gets her job done to an excellent and very high standard and leaves them both much more cheerful and most importantly well cared for. The Management team are equally as wonderful and caring. Always checking in with me to make sure things are going well and so friendly and approachable. Even called me to check on Dad after he had a fall. Just outstanding service from start to finish. I can't recommend them highly enough.
