We were told a week in advance who would be visiting each day and his team was kept to about 4 carers, so he soon got to know them. Knowing that the carers were visiting each day gave my brother and me a great deal of reassurance and the carers provide instant feedback on every visit via an app.

In addition and perhaps more importantly they provided much-needed companionship to him on their daily visits and subsequently he has developed a strong bond with them. Initially, they visited for two hours every day but on occasion, he needed an additional visit and they were always able to help. They genuinely care for your loved one like a member of your family. I could not recommend them highly enough.

The Care Team are really fantastic, they visit twice a day morning and early evening providing everything she needs at meal time whilst at the same time involving Mum in lots of conversation and laughs. All the Care staff are really excellent from the people in the office to the Carers who visit Mum, nothing is to much trouble for any of them and they go out of there way to accommodate any rapid changes in requirements.
Angels have removed a lot of worry and stress for me personally as being an only child I really needed somebody who could do just that and they did! I cant recommend them highly enough.

Dad is receiving from the wonderful carers and the efficient and supportive administration from her and her managers. Dad is also delighted and feels secure and well cared for. He loves the fact that there is continuity in the staff that visit. He has built up very good relationships with them. We also really appreciate the continuity of staff and the fantastic communication that we have with both carers and managers.
